Coffee processing innovation in Honduras

A new fully integrated coffee processing line is taking shape, combining technologies from Oliver Manufacturing and Westrup to improve efficiency and product quality from cleaning through final separation.

By integrating a Westrup Fine Cleaner and two graders with Oliver’s gravity table, the facility achieves higher precision, reduced waste, and a more streamlined, compact operation.

The result is a more efficient process with less unplanned downtime, improved consistency, and stronger export-ready quality.

We look forward to sharing more updates on this exciting project in South America!

Denmark is known for its strong cycling culture, with an estimated 4.2 million bicycles owned across the country.

Every May, the Danish Cycling Federation encourages people to bike to work through a nationwide campaign focused on improving both physical and mental well-being. The team spirit is high, and we’re having a great time being part of the Westrup cycling team under the name “The Spinning Spare Parts”!

Today we celebrate a milestone: Poul Erik’s 40th anniversary with Westrup.

On this day, for four decades, Poul Erik started his journey with Westrup. Throughout the years, he has been a valued part of Westrup, working as a machinist and in incoming inspection, where he has been responsible for pre-assembly, including sub-assembly of eccentric shafts for large parts of our machine program.

Poul Eriks' professionalism, precision, and dedication have made a remarkable difference through the years, and we truly appreciate everything he has contributed to Westrup. On top of that, his positive attitude and friendly personality have always been felt across the company.
