In 2023, our site in Kochchikade, Sri Lanka, was expanded with a new, modern production building - adding 11,400 sqm to the original footprint. Today, the site spans a total of 17,600 sqm, equipped with advanced facilities to meet growing customer demand.

At GPV, we believe real progress means creating safe, inclusive, and empowering environments – for our people, our partners, and the communities we serve.

Safety remains one of our strongest performance areas and a shared responsibility across all sites. In 2025, we achieved an LTIR (Lost Time Injury Rate) of 0.4, surpassing our 2028 target of 0.7.

Since 2020, we have reduced our LTIR by 81%. And now, our priority is to make it the baseline for the future.

This progress is built on everyday actions:

✅ Fostering a no-blame culture where people can speak up
✅ Continuously learning from incidents and near misses

Q1 2026: GPV improves profitability in a challenging market

GPV strengthened profitability in Q1 2026 despite continued market challenges: Sales ended at DKK 2,140 million, a year-on-year decrease of 3%. EBITDA increased 12% year-on-year to DKK 160 million.

“We see signs of improvements in some segments of the market. At the same time, we face increasing challenges with shortages of certain materials like memory chips, rising energy prices and logistics cost. The latter two because of the situation in the Middle East. Of course, we would prefer more stability in the market, but we navigate current conditions from a stronger position than before. With a book-to-bill index at 146 in Q1-26, we have seen a strong order intake, an attractive pipeline, and a stronger business than a year ago. Based on this, we expect to deliver a solid full-year result,” says Bo Lybaek, CEO at GPV Group A/S.

For 2026, GPV maintains its guidance of sales in the range of DKK 8.5–9.0 billion and EBITDA in the range of DKK 690–750 million.

SITE ENGAGEMENT MEETING IN BANGKOK 🌏

Bringing people together across sites is key to how we move forward as one company.

This year, colleagues from our electronics sites in China, Slovakia, and Thailand came together at GPV Electronics TH in Bangkok for this year’s Site Engagement Meeting in Asia.

Together with the Executive Leadership Team, the local management teams reviewed current performance, and discussed GPV’s technology roadmap, including how we can continue to use automation, AI and other technologies.

“This year, we have defined an overall theme for each Site Engagement Meeting to foster more interactive and engaging dialogues. For our meeting in Bangkok, the theme was technology and automation, reflecting the importance of and need for continuous improvements. I was very impressed how all participants leaned into both the hard and soft topics of this theme,” says Bo Lybaek, CEO at GPV.

The next Site Engagement Meeting will take place on 9–10 June 2026 at GPV Electronics DE in Hildesheim, Germany.

👥 EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEY 2026: EVERY VOICE COUNTS

How do you make sure every voice is heard in a global organisation?

At GPV, we are currently conducting our biannual Employee Engagement Survey – giving colleagues across all locations the opportunity to share their experience and perspective.

Making the survey accessible is key. Across our sites, practical steps are in place to support participation – from dedicated time to respond, to access to shared computers or tablets, and welcoming setups that make it easy for everyone to take part.

“Listening to our people is one of the most important commitments we make as a company. The Employee Engagement Survey gives us the opportunity to understand what truly matters to our colleagues and to turn their feedback into meaningful actions. When we listen with intention and act with commitment, we build a stronger, more connected GPV,” says Mads Pedersen, SVP Group HR.

That is something worth celebrating! 💚

Yesterday, our colleagues at GPV Electronics DK in Denmark marked this impressive milestone, celebrated with a speech and cake for everyone at the factory.

“I am very proud that we are now able to celebrate this milestone. The achievement is the result of a collective effort. Safety has become an integral part of our company culture, and we are all part of making this milestone a reality,” says Niels Bach, Managing Director.

Safety continues to be one of our strongest performance areas across all GPV sites. In fact, in 2025 we reached an LTIR of 0.4, already surpassing our 2028 target of 0.7.

Last week, we presented our financial results for 2025.

In November 2025, GPV was awarded a Platinum EcoVadis rating, reflecting the way ESG principles are embedded across our organisation and throughout the value chain.

We have just announced our financial report for the full year 2025.

Sales for the year ended at DKK 8.7 billion, down 3% on 2024. Earnings (EBITDA) increased by 3% to DKK 641 million, reflecting steady margin improvement quarter by quarter during the year.

Bo Lybæk, CEO of GPV Group A/S says:
“First of all, I’m proud of what our organisation has achieved together in 2025 – both financially and in terms of strengthening our structure and customer service. During the year, we continued to optimise our footprint, consolidating electronics, mechanics, and cable-harness activities, and completed the expansions in Thailand and Slovakia to support our customer’s region-for-region strategies. This ensures a strong capacity footprint to support future growth. We have a strengthened order intake and a solid sales pipeline and maintained good ex*****on across our factories and functions.”
