Project Manager (Wind Energy)

You already know that delivering wind energy projects is complex, fast-paced, and highly cross-functional. Success depends on strong planning, clear communication, and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned — from client to site teams.

If you have experience in managing technical projects in energy, infrastructure, or construction and you are ready to take full end-to-end ownership of project delivery, this role might be for you.

We are looking for a Project Manager for the North & Central Europe (NCE) region who can confidently lead international wind projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget — while maintaining strong client relationships and commercial discipline throughout the entire lifecycle.

If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy solving problems under pressure, and are motivated by delivering real impact in renewable energy — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be responsible for:

Lead the development of project ex*****on concepts and overall project planning in close collaboration with clients and key internal stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Finance, Site Management)

Take full ownership of wind project delivery from planning through ex*****on to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE targets are achieved

Coordinate resources, subcontractors, tools, and equipment to ensure seamless and efficient ex*****on across all project phases

Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost control, and overall financial performance throughout the project lifecycle

Act as the primary client interface during ex*****on, ensuring clear communication, alignment on scope, progress, and timely resolution of issues

Manage risks, changes, delays, and commercial matters (including variations and EoT claims) to safeguard project outcomes and contractual position

Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, contractual, and legal requirements, while driving continuous improvement through project reviews and lessons learned

Who we’re looking for:

3+ years of experience in project management within wind energy, infrastructure, construction, or industrial sectors

Experience in international, multi-site projects with multiple stakeholders

Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract ex*****on

Proven ability to manage complex technical projects in a dynamic environment

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working closely with clients in a delivery or ex*****on environment

Very good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)

Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) and experience with project systems (e.g. ERP, SharePoint, or similar tools)

Willingness to travel and work on-site internationally as required

Valid driving licence required

Higher education in Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field is considered an advantage

Professional certifications (e.g. PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) and experience in wind energy or renewable sectors are a strong advantage

Experience with digital project tools and process optimization is an additional plus

What we offer:

A key role in delivering international wind energy projects with real global impact

Full ownership across the entire project lifecycle

Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, international renewable energy company

Close collaboration with experienced technical and commercial teams

Strong focus on development, learning, and continuous improvement

Flexible working model with travel and on-site project exposure

Join us and take full ownership of wind projects that drive the global energy transition forward.

📣 Technical Writer – Service Engineering
Location: Poland (Szczecin) or Denmark (Vejle) - with regular on‑site presence.

At Fairwind, clear and precise work instructions and technical safety documentation is vital to the safety of our technicians and quality in our work.
We are expanding our Service Engineering team with a Technical Writer who understands this responsibility and enjoys transforming complex work processes into instructions that genuinely work in the field.
If you like structure, technical accuracy, and collaborating with people who perform wind turbine maintenance — you’ll feel at home.

🔧 What You Will Drive
This role goes far beyond “writing manuals.”
You will contribute to how service work is executed across turbines, ensuring every technician has the right information at the right time.
Your work will include:
• Creating and updating clear, step‑by‑step work instructions for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Translating engineering and operational knowledge into practical, technician‑centric documentation to be applied in the turbines.
• Working closely with senior technicians, engineers, and project teams to capture best practices, constraints, and lessons learned.
• Managing the full lifecycle of technical documents — from validation to approval and publication.
• Ensuring full compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Integrating photos, visuals, and short instructional videos to support ex*****on of our service works.

Your mission is simple:
If a technician picks up your work instruction, they should know exactly what to do — safely and effectively.

🧰 You’ll Succeed If You Bring
• Experience creating technical work instructions used by field technicians.
• Ability to collaborate directly with Engineers and Technicians and capture the hands-on experience to communicate this in the instructions.
• Skills in PDF publishing tools
• Ability to integrate photos and videos using Microsoft 365 tools
• A mindset focused on structure, clarity, and precision.

🌟 What Helps You Stand Out
• Interest in video/camera technology and documenting real‑life procedures.
• Openness to travel and capturing tasks on‑site, from preparation to final checks.
• Comfort with a hybrid role that blends office documentation (~75%) with turbine/site exposure (~25%).
• Previous experience in turbine maintenance or service is a strong plus — but not a requirement.
• Experience with action cameras and drones for comprehensive procedure documentation will also be advantageous – but not a requirement.

🚀 Why This Role Matters
Under the leadership of Head of Service Engineering, our team is focused on raising the standard of how technical work is being documented and executed.
Your contribution will impact and directly influence safety and performance on every job.
This is a role for someone who wants their work to be used, not stored.
For someone who wants to see the tangible impact of their documentation.
For someone who enjoys diving into complex technical work and being able to convey the “how to do it” in short and precise communication.

📩 Interested?
If this sounds like you, we’d be glad to connect.
Join us and help raise the bar in how wind turbine service works is being executed — one clear instruction at a time.

We’re hiring: Calibration Engineer (Denmark or Hamburg or Stettin)

At FairWind, we believe that reliable operations start long before our teams reach a wind turbine.
They start with trustworthy equipment, strong processes, and people who take responsibility for quality.

Right now, we’re looking for a Calibration Engineer who will make sure that all the tools and safety equipment our technicians rely on are compliant, certified, and ready for the field — every single time.
If you’re someone who enjoys structure, clarity, and making systems better, this role will suit you perfectly.

What you’ll take ownership of
This is not just about calibration. This is about building confidence — internally and for our clients.

✔ Ensuring calibration quality
Managing internal and external calibrations across a range of technical equipment.
Reviewing certificates, spotting deviations, and preventing issues before equipment goes out to projects.

✔ Keeping documentation sharp and audit‑ready
Maintaining complete, accurate calibration records aligned with ISO and client requirements.
Making sure supplier documentation is correct and delivered on time.

✔ Working with suppliers & technical partners
Coordinating with calibration labs, procurement, warehouse, QHSE, and project teams.
Verifying that suppliers deliver the right training and services — at the right standard.

✔ Improving calibration systems
Optimizing and maintaining our calibration database and certificate records to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong compliance.
Supporting continuous improvement of tools, workflows, and calibration‑related processes.

✔ Facility Management responsibilities
Coordinating with facility partners to ensure all NCE locations operate smoothly and safely.
Overseeing key areas such as heating, ventilation, and seasonal readiness (summer/winter preparedness).
Ensuring compliance of facility‑related services delivered by external suppliers.

What you bring to the team
We’ll value your mindset as much as your technical background.

✔ Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electronics).
Experience in calibration, metrology, or other regulated technical environments.
Strong understanding of calibration tools, software, and relevant standards.
Knowledge of lifting equipment and related safety and compliance standards
Ability to collaborate with suppliers, technical partners, and facility management teams across NCE.
Willingness to travel for audits, supplier coordination, or support to NCE locations — approximately 60 days per year.

✔ Your strengths
Analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
Clear communication and a collaborative approach.
A structured way of working and commitment to consistency and compliance.

Why FairWind?
You’ll join a team that values people who are proactive, straightforward, and focused on doing things the right way.
Your work will directly support operational excellence and safety across our projects.
And you’ll be part of an international environment where high standards, good energy, and teamwork go hand in hand.

🌬️ Senior Resource & Training Specialist

FairWind — Szczecin, Poland | Wind Services / Renewable Energy
At dawn, a maintenance crew steps onto a nacelle. The wind is right, the schedule is tight, and safety is non‑negotiable.

What makes this moment possible isn’t luck—it’s readiness. The right people, the right certificates, the right timing. That orchestration? It’s you.

At FairWind, we believe the wind industry runs on two things: technical excellence and human coordination. Our technicians keep the blades turning. You make sure they’re ready to do it—trained, scheduled, compliant, confident.

The story you’ll own
You start with a pipeline: platforms, OEM requirements, shifting project calendars. You translate noise into clarity—who goes where, who needs what, and when it all fits together.
You spot a gap in a training matrix before anyone else does. You book seats, confirm travel, and keep certificates audit‑ready. When MPP changes at the last minute, you don’t panic—you pivot, and the team still deploys on time.
A new technician reaches out about their schedule. You give them structure, a plan, and a path forward. A high‑potential teammate shows leadership on site; you help shape their next role—Team Lead, Installation Coordinator—because careers should grow alongside turbines.
You’re in Team Selling, Kick‑Offs, and After‑Action Reviews—close enough to the operations to understand the beat, far enough to see the pattern. You track training budgets, you advise PMs, and you champion smarter tools (hello, Shoreline). You keep the work human, the data accurate, and the delivery smooth.

What you’ll do (in practice)
Resource planning & allocation: Match technicians to projects by skills, certificates, and platform/client needs. Shape rotations and calendars for full site coverage and cost‑effective utilization.
Training coordination: Build schedules aligned with the project pipeline; identify gaps (OEM/Country/Platform/HSE/Medical); book and communicate training/travel.
Technician support & growth: Be the first point of contact for non‑technical matters; gather input for monthly evaluations; support development paths for high‑potential techs.
Compliance & certificates: Retrieve, maintain, and verify training records; ensure deployment readiness; promote adoption of new tools and platforms.
Budget & stakeholder advice: Track training costs; deliver clean monthly analyses; advise Sales/Project teams during scoping.

Who thrives here
You’ve spent 5+ years in resource planning, training coordination, or logistics—ideally in a technical/project context.
You speak English fluently, think in spreadsheets (Excel), live in your calendar (Outlook), and communicate with calm, clear intent—even when timelines get tight.
You care about HSE, quality, and people. You enjoy turning complexity into action. And you like seeing the result of your work out on a wind farm, not just in a spreadsheet.

Why FairWind
Because your orchestration isn’t just admin—it’s impact. It’s the difference between a turbine standing and producing power, and a turbine waiting on paperwork. Here, your work touches real projects, real teams, real energy.
You’ll collaborate across borders, build training pathways that matter, and be part of a company that treats readiness as a craft—and safety as a promise.

Ready to write the next chapter?
If this sounds like the kind of story you want to tell—one where your planning powers the energy transition—apply now.https://system.erecruiter.pl/FormTemplates/RecruitmentForm.aspx?WebID=607ebc30f2e647138a00e8b10d6bdbc8
