Hundreds of thousands of components for interceptor programs have passed through our production since we entered the defense industry.

The number is significant. But what comes with it matters even more.

Thousands of production cycles, years of process data and experience with demanding defense requirements have given us countless opportunities to learn, adjust, and improve.

In precision manufacturing, experience accumulates.
It helps us to identify potential production issues earlier, to make better decisions about tooling and processes, and recognise where small adjustments can improve repeatability and efficiency.

A purchase order usually precedes production. Usually.

Our decision to break with project routines recently earned Multicut recognition from Raytheon, RTX for our support of the Evolved SeaSparrow Missile (ESSM®) program.

When a shortage of ERT Covers threatened to delay production, our team learned of the urgent requirement while the purchase order was still being finalized. Rather than wait, we initiated production immediately to meet a January delivery deadline.

According to Raytheon, our proactive response helped ESSM factories minimize disruption and avoid a potentially significant operational impact. In recognizing the effort, Raytheon highlighted the "exceptional support" from Multicut, as well as the responsiveness, ownership, and partnership demonstrated by our team.

We are proud of this recognition and the team that earned it. Thank you to Raytheon for acknowledging our team's dedication and the strong partnership between our companies.

Higher volumes don't mean lower standards.

As missile programs move towards shorter development cycles and larger production runs, our role as a manufacturing partner changes with them.

We need to be able to ramp up quickly, adapt production to new programs and deliver consistently at scale.
All while maintaining the tight tolerances, documented repeatability and full traceability that defense manufacturing requires.

For us, this is not a future manufacturing challenge. It is one we have spent years preparing for. And our work with CoAspire's RAACM program is one example of what that looks like in practice.
