Just finished the design for my friend's villa in Cap Cana, Dominican Republic, where the primary attraction is its 360° floor-to-ceiling glass wine room located in the double-height living room, creating a gap between the hot kitchen / staff areas and the rest of the house.

The sunken fire pit lies next to the whirlpool bath and the covered barbecue area, while keeping a direct path to the cold kitchen.

On the 2nd floor, the hefty walk-in closet on the master bedroom includes a linear skylight joined by a floor-to-ceiling window at the end.

Filled with natural light, the bathrooms accommodate a second shower open to the sky, creating a unique experience closer to nature.
