The Digital Marketing Manager will work with marketing leadership to develop and implement the digital marketing strategy for the company services with a focus on driving traffic to our e-commerce service, increase awareness of company’ brands, and converting leads to enrolment.

Essential Functions:
Implement strategies to drive online traffic to companyt's websites and convert leads to enrollments
Track conversion rates for all online campaigns
-Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including creative content ideas and implementation strategy
-Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, search engine optimization (SEO) and pay per click (PPC) to develop social presence and advocate brands effectively
-Coordinate Google AdWords efforts to ensure maximum SEO
-Monitor and maintain website copy to ensure it is topical, trendy, and driving conversions
-Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
-Identify areas for process improvement
-Maintain knowledge of marketing trends and news, developments, and best practices
-Perform market research and review audience research to discover other ways of reaching target audiences by way of the Internet
-Participate in meetings and trainings
-Perform administrative duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills, resourceful, and proactive
Experience in paid search, organic search, programmatic display advertising
Strong communication skills; written, verbal, and presentation
Strong collaborator that can work with many partners to achieve an end goal
Platform proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads
Experience with analytical platforms, specifically Google Analytics
Knowledge of digital advertising and cross-channel marketing
Self-motivated, intellectually curious, independent learner who is passionate about digital technologies and able to work autonomously
Creative concepting and visual communication skills, including a willingness to learn and try new things
