🇳🇴We're ready to announce our latest project in Oslo, Norway!

We've signed a contract to produce and deliver hybrid wooden modules using a combination of CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber), concrete and standard wooden elements. 🌳🏢

This game changing concept involves constructing a four-floor apartment building with an underground garage and a rooftop floor💚

👉🏻70% of the modules will be manufactured in our factory, while on-site work in Oslo will focus only on connecting the modules, insulation, facade installation, and roof construction.

CLT, a sustainable material, takes center stage in this project. It consists of layers of solid wood panels stacked in alternating directions and bonded together. This approach provides incredible strength, stability, fireproofing and environmental benefits, as CLT is a renewable resource that sequesters carbon dioxide🌱

We've just moved into a brand new production area that's designed to take our modular houses to the next level. Our new building construction works just finished in March 2023!

Here are just a few of the highlights:

🏢 New building: Our state-of-the-art production facility is purpose-built for crafting top-quality modular homes. It's packed with the latest equipment and technologies to help us create homes that are built to last.

👌 Super flat betong floor: We've invested in the best possible floor for our production area. That means we can create our modular homes with precision, so they fit together perfectly and look stunning.

🚪 Huge gates: We've installed 5.5-meter-high and 5-meter-wide gates, which means we can create even larger modular homes than ever before. This will give our customers more choice when it comes to designing their dream homes.

🏋️ Heavy lifting cranes: Our two big telfer cranes, each capable of lifting 10 tonnes (total 20t), will make light work of even the heaviest modular home components. We will lift all our modules direct on a truck inside our production area.
