Here are important tips, how to enjoy a sauna
session to the fullest!

1️⃣ You should not eat too much before a sauna.
It is harder to bear heat with a full stomach.
2️⃣ Dont heat the sauna to maximum temperature.
The idea of a sauna is to sweat as much as
possible, so that toxic substances also
leave the body with the sweat. Overheating of the
body not only inhibits sweating,
but can harm health.

3️⃣ You should not stay in the sauna for too long.
The body can easily overheat while in the sauna,
and this damages blood
circulation.

4️⃣ Ideally, wearing no clothing in saunas optimizes the
health benefits of sauna bathing. Clothing interferes
with the ability of heat to pe*****te your skin and body.

5️⃣ And the most important thing to remember - Stay
hydrated! 💧
You’ll be sweating profusely during sauna use, so you
want to make sure you’re replacing the water you lost.

Did you know that we sold the very first Kärg to a customer in Northern Finland who was suffering from sleep problems.

This customer specifically placed Kärg in the forest and goes there as often as possible to rest on weekends - he is also the first person who gave us feedback that he really sleeps better in Kärg.😴
