It was a pleasure to welcome the Kajote Oy team to our factory in Tallinn!

Kajote Oy is a cable manufacturer from Finland and has been our valued customer for more than 10 years!

This was their first visit to our current facility in Tallinn, where we have been operating since 2020, making the occasion especially meaningful for both sides.

During the visit, we exchanged experience and ideas, and our guests had the opportunity to see the whole project cycle firsthand, including the pretest of our latest MultiCoiler MC260 (https://www.windakgroup.com/coil-packaging/multicoiler-mc260/)

Sometimes, when you meet new people, there is an immediate feeling of connection, as if you have known each other for much longer. That kind of synergy is rare, and it is truly valuable. ✨

The Windak team had the pleasure of visiting our new colleagues at Rosendahl Nextrom GmbH, seeing their “home,” learning more about their processes, and exchanging knowledge, experience, and valuable insights.

From the very beginning, we could feel the passion behind their work. During the tour, it was clear how much pride and dedication the team puts into what they do, especially when you see people’s eyes light up while sharing their expertise.

True alignment happens naturally when priorities, values, and vision come together. This visit felt like a great example of exactly that.

We are sincerely grateful to the Rosendahl Nextrom team for the warm welcome, kind hospitality, thoughtful approach, and all the nice and sweet moments we shared during the trip.

Yesterday, we celebrated a special milestone at Windak OÜ — Kristo Aasma’s 5️⃣th work anniversary 🎉

Kristo started his journey with us as an electrician and has grown into the role of Automation Engineer, showing dedication, curiosity, and continuous professional development along the way.

His manager, Siim Sillamägi, described him beautifully: Kristo is someone you can rely on in any situation — strong when big challenges need to be solved, precise when attention to detail matters, and always ready to support the team.

What makes Kristo truly stand out is not only his technical skill, but also his positive attitude. He brings good energy, a smile, and a great spirit to the production floor, lifting the mood of those around him even on the busiest days.
