A proud milestone for the SAMI Group!

We recently celebrated the opening of our renovated and expanded Valga Factory — a major investment in the future of manufacturing, innovation, and export growth.

Over the past years, we have transformed the existing production facility and built a new extension alongside it, increasing our manufacturing footprint from 4,000 m² to more than 8,000 m². The factory is now equipped with state-of-the-art production technologies, advanced automation solutions, and a 1 MW battery system supported by solar energy.

This investment enables us to complete the entire production process in Valga — from raw material processing and welding to painting, assembly, and final dispatch directly to customers around the world.

With an investment of €8.5 million, including support from the European Union, we have significantly strengthened our capabilities to manufacture high-value-added products under the SAMI brand. While SAMI is well known for its winter road maintenance equipment, we are actively expanding our product portfolio with solutions for year-round use, opening new opportunities across international markets.

The expansion is not only about technology and capacity. It is also about people. Today, the Valga factory employs 45 professionals, and as we continue to grow, we are looking for new talent — particularly engineers and technical specialists — to join our team.
