⚙️Replacement of a 4.0 MW, 10.5 kV Steam Turbine Generator.

In 2024, a complete replacement of the steam turbine generator was successfully carried out, installing a new 4295 kVA unit with fully matching electrical and mechanical specifications.

Scope of work included:

✅ engineering planning
✅ supply of a new identical generator
✅ dismantling of the existing unit
✅ installation, alignment and mechanical assembly
✅ electrical testing, commissioning and performance checks
✅ coordination with the grid operator and ex*****on of grid tests

📝 Our role as the Owner’s Engineer:
technical planning, supervision, contractor coordination, verification of design and operational solutions, quality control throughout all stages and full support up to the successful commissioning of the generator.

🏭 Gas Steam Boilerhouse Reconstruction — 2 × 3.5 MW

Complete modernization of a 1996 Viessmann gas steam boilerhouse:
* 100% boiler retrofit
* New LowNOx burners
* New boiler control and safety system
* New flue gas condenser
* New water treatment system, new deaerator and feedwater system
* Full replacement of steam, water and condensate piping

Our role: Owner’s Engineer, EPCM engineering, procurement and construction management in cooperation with Baltic Power Engineering.
