We tested the OSG TRS 3-flute solid carbide drill in the Estonian metalworking industry:
• D - 8.00 mm
• S - 4000 RPM
• F - 2000 mm/min (drilling feed rate)

🛠CMZ - TD30 treipingis on võimalik eemaldada kuni 325 kg materjali tunnis.

TD30 spindlil on 10" padrun, mille jõudlus on 42 kW ja 1020 Nm, mis võimaldab kasutada terase töötlemiseks näiteks 70 mm U-puuri.

TD seeria nagu ka kõik ülejäänud CMZ mudelid on laias vahemikus konfigureeritavad, võimaldades valida:
• erineva pikkusega sänge,
• erineva võimsusega spindleid,
• tsentripukki/abispindlit,
• suurematel masinatel ka lünetti pikkade detailide töötlemiseks.

Masinal on Fanuc kolmekümnenda seeria juhtsüsteem koos CMZ kasutajasõbralike hooldus- ja diagnostikafunktsioonidega.

CMZ - TD30 treipinki on võimalik saada kahe-, kolme- ja neljateljelisena (XZ, C, Y) ning saadaval on ka lai valik lisavarustust.

TD-30-l on 16 positsiooniga revolver, kus on kuni 12 000 pöörde ja 13 kW aktiivtööriistade ajam, mis annab talle ka muljetavaldava freesimisvõimekuse.

We’re proud to deliver another CMZ turning center to our customer – their second machine from CMZ.

👏 Client's feedback:
“The relocation of the old CNC machines and the installation of the new one went very smoothly and quickly. The Venten service team did an excellent job.
The machine is already running well, and the Venten training covered all the key objectives and necessary activities.
Overall, both the installation and training were carried out at a very high level.”

The decision to invest again was clear. The first machine proved itself quickly – in reliability, surface finish quality, and overall productivity. Compared to the clients previous technology, the productivity increase has been significant, both in cycle times and in process stability.

We truly appreciate our customer’s continued trust. Delivering a second machine is the clearest sign that the CMZ solution works very well in real production.

From 41 seconds to 20 seconds – in one day.

After our demo day at Venten Technology Center, one of the customers tested the recommended Kennametal tool and cutting parameters in their own production.
Result: cycle time reduced from 41 sec to 20 sec, and chip control improved significantly.
This is exactly why we organize these demo
days.

👏 12 customers from 7 companies joined us together with Kennametal.
We presented the latest cutting tool solutions and showed our CNC machines in real cutting conditions.

🔧 Milling (Hyundai): Dodeka, GoMill Pro, Harvi IV, Kentip FS HP

🔧 Turning (CMZ): Fix 8, Drill Fix Multi, HPR Drill

Focus was on practical solutions that can be applied immediately to improve productivity and process stability.

🇱🇹 Greetings from Vilnius.

Last week we had the pleasure to visit our Lithuanian customers together with CEO Egon Veermäe, Sales Manager Toomas Tammer and Lithuanian Sales Director Donatas Kuznecovas.

What stands out every time – strong, ambitious factories and very real engineering challenges.

We saw:
* Companies pushing to increase speed and efficiency in existing production
* Teams ready to invest in new technologies, asking for deeper technical input
* Customers sharing drawings and use cases, looking for the best possible solution – not just a machine
* Discussions around tooling, machining methods, and process optimization.

The reception was warm, but more importantly – the level of engagement was high. Customers want to go into the details. They want to improve.
And that’s exactly where we bring value.

Today, our Lithuanian customers are supported locally in their native language, both in sales and service – while still benefiting from Venten’s full Baltic team.

We had the pleasure of welcoming visitors from Techno TLN / Tallinna Tehnoloogiakolledž. A group of teachers and students came to explore our facilities and the Venten Technology Centre.

👏A big thank you to Meelis, who introduced our machines and gave a good overview of how these solutions support our customers in everyday production.

🔧We introduced the machines, their structure and key features, as well as the add-ons that are important in modern manufacturing – such as measuring systems and tool load monitoring.
The goal is clear: machines that can run more independently and reliably.
We also talked about cutting parameters and explained how and why we test the tools we supply. As a practical example, we ran a live drilling test on the milling machine.

👏It was great to hear the feedback after the visit. It’s encouraging to see that we share the same goals.

If we want the next generation to be ready for real production challenges, they need exposure to technology and real processes already during their studies.
Venten will continue to contribute – through guest lectures, sharing practical know-how and opening our doors for technology tours.
Because strong industry starts with people who understand it.

Tööstuses räägime palju sellest, kui keeruline on leida häid inimesi.
❗️Vähem räägime sellest, kuidas hoida ja arendada spetsialiste, kes meil juba olemas on.

Suheldes tootmisjuhtide ja tehnoloogidega tuleb aeg-ajalt välja üks mõttekoht -
kui tiimiliige läheb koolitusele, kas ta tuleb tagasi “liiga targana” või hakkab olemasolevaid protsesse kahtluse alla seadma või ei paku endine töö enam pinget?!

❗️Tegelikult tasub seda vaadata teise nurga alt.
Paljudel spetsialistidel on töös üsna palju rutiini. Koolitus annab võimalus sellest korraks välja tulla ja näha uusi lahendusi.

🔧Töötaja tuleb tagasi uute teadmiste ja ideedega.
🔧 Ja usaldus tekitab tihti ka suurema vastutustunde oma töö suhtes.

Lisaks on sellel väga praktiline pool, mida juhid hästi mõistavad:
🔧 koolitatud spetsialist teeb vähem vigu ja vähem praaki.
🔧 koolitus = varuplaan, kui rohkem kui üks inimene oskab kriitilist tööd.

Eesti tööstus ei võida enam hinnaga vaid kõrgema kompetentsiga.

Praktika näitab ka, et inimesed ei lahku sellepärast, et nad arenevad.
Pigem vastupidi - arenguvõimalus hoiab inimesi rohkem kui väike palgatõus.

Venteni Akadeemia CNC 4. taseme koolitus ongi loodud selleks, et anda olemasolevatele inimestele kiire ja praktiline arenguhüpe.
