Temporary does not have to look temporary.

This is an unexpected but very interesting use case for a Rolling Unit: a temporary mobile car rental office for SIXT at the port of Nice.

Instead of using a basic temporary office or “container-style” solution, this setup creates a branded and welcoming customer space exactly where people arrive.

That is where expandable mobile units make a lot of sense: you can bring the office, showroom or customer reception area directly to the customer without losing the feeling of quality and comfort.

A mobile rental office, a sales salon, a roadshow space, a temporary showroom: sometimes the best use cases are the ones you did not first expect.

Great work by Xtreme Concepts Roadshows and Serge Blommaert Xtreme Concepts Roadshows.

Missed us at RETTmobil? You still have a chance to see our expandable truck in Germany this week.

Our Rolling Unit expandable truck is currently displayed at GPEC 2026 in Leipzig, together with our partner NMC Productions GmbH / FUTURERooms at Booth K41.

For police, law enforcement and public safety organisations, expandable mobile units can offer much more than just transport space. They can become mobile command centres, staff rooms, briefing spaces, operational support units or even future-oriented 360° situation rooms.

At GPEC, NMC is presenting their FUTURERoom concept: a future-ready 360° command and operations room. The technology inside the FUTURERoom enables a new level of situational awareness with its patented 360° system. It can even integrate virtual models of the surrounding environment, as demonstrated with the 3D model shown at the GPEC booth.

Our expandable Rolling Unit platform provides the mobile space to make such concepts deployable wherever they are needed.

If you are visiting GPEC in Leipzig, come and have a look at Booth K41.

Only days to go until 06 May 🚨
RETTmobil is calling again — and yes, Rolling Unit is back.

This year, we’re not arriving quietly.
We’re bringing two vehicles. Twice the space, twice the ideas, twice the reasons to stop by.

📍 Find us in the main outdoor area – Stand F81

Expect:
• Expandable space that unfolds like a transformer with a purpose
• Real-world solutions for rescue, medical & mobile operations
• A chance to step inside and see what “ready in minutes” actually feels like

If you’re heading to Fulda, make F81 your pit stop.
We’ll be there — doors open.

Important Announcement:

After extensive internal discussions, external pressure,
and several very convincing consultants…

we have decided to abandon fold-out systems entirely.

Effective immediately, ALL Rolling Unit products will be replaced by slide-out systems.

Yes. All of them.

Trailers. Trucks. Hooklifts, Possibly even things that should not slide.

Why?

Because… a very expensive consultant told us so.

Or maybe because today is April 1st.

Or maybe… something has been cooking in our production for the past year.

More soon.

The Alar Karis President of Estonia visited the Biathlon World Cup in Otepää and took the time to step inside the Estonian team’s waxing truck.

It was great to see that, alongside the team’s expertise, the visit also showcased a solution built here in Estonia – the Estonian team’s waxing truck based on the Rolling Unit XL truck platform. 🇪🇪

Not every project we build needs to expand.

For this project with Medivar OÜ and Pärnu Hospital, we produced the trailer platform and handled the mechanical assembly for a mobile oxygen generation unit designed for crisis situations.

While the trailer itself is not expandable, the project allowed us to apply a lot of the know-how we’ve developed building custom Rolling Unit trailers.

A key objective was mobility: the complete trailer weighs under 2000 kg, meaning it can be towed by almost any ambulance when rapid oxygen supply deployment is needed.

Pärnu haiglasse jõudsid hiljuti mobiilne hapnikukontsentraator, mis võimaldab vajadusel kohapeal ise meditsiinilist hapnikku toota, ning kaks uut kiirabiautot.

Rolling Unit in Finland 🇫🇮 together with our partner Innomentarium.

From 21–22 January at Messukeskus, Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre , the Finnish Medical Convention brings together healthcare professionals from across the country.
Our partner Innomentarium is currently operating a custom-built mobile mammography screening trailer in Northern Finland. The project has been a great success, maintaining both patient and doctor comfort even at temperatures down to –40 °C.
At , Innomentarium will be present with our Rolling Unit demo trailer, showcasing the benefits of the Rolling Unit system to a wider medical audience.

The Rolling Unit demo trailer was also temporarily branded for Innomentarium, allowing them to present the solution in their own visual identity during the event.
