At the end of the year, the most important thing is to say thank you. Thank you to our clients for your trust and long-term cooperation, to our partners for creating shared value, and to our own people – your knowledge, dedication, and consistency are the foundation of Tamsalu EPT’s strength and development.
2025 was a special and meaningful year for Tamsalu EPT. We celebrated 75 years of operating in the Estonian metal industry. It is a journey where tradition and innovation go hand in hand, creating a solid foundation for the decades ahead.
Key lessons of the year:
🔑 Digital transformation as a key growth driver. Process automation accompanying digitalization projects is a critical tool for increasing efficiency, improving process transparency, and enhancing overall profitability.
🔑 Strengthening export directions. Well-considered export strategies in the Nordic markets have proven to be an important source of stability and have laid a strong foundation for sustainable growth.
🔑 Customer relationships as a competitive advantage. Long-term experience, strong customer relationships, and trust-based partnerships are values that cannot be replaced. Customer stories and traditions require conscious nurturing and consistent communication.
