Nordic design sauna heaters combined with fast and easy heating with a mobile app. We created HUUM to provide a better sauna experience that everyone
can enjoy.

Our HUUM electric heaters and wood-fired stoves combine
ancient sauna building knowledge with smart technology in a
contemporary Nordic design inspired by nature. They don’t just look
good at the heart of a sauna. They’re designed to deliver superior
heat and steam, as well as provide improved convenience and safety. Our founder comes from three generations of sauna builders in
Estonia and has brought together a team who are dedicated to
continuously innovating the sauna for new generations.

13 years of HUUM 🎂

Thirteen years ago today, on October 30, 2013, we officially began our journey.

What started with just a couple of sauna heaters made in a garage has grown into thousands of heaters warming saunas around the world. And honestly, sometimes we still can’t quite believe how far this journey has taken us.

Looking back, so much has changed over these 13 years. From our early garage days to where we are today, HUUM has grown in ways we once could only dream of. And even this year, we’ve taken some exciting new steps, from launching our new app to introducing new heaters like CORE Pro and the KLINT series.

But none of it would mean much without the people behind it.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of our story so far. Our dedicated team, supportive partners, and wonderful customers. Your trust and support have helped shape HUUM into what it is today.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us. Here’s to many more years of shared warmth, good leil, and meaningful connections ❤️

In Estonia, we grow up with sauna 🇪🇪

For many of us, sauna has been part of life for as long as we can remember. Our first sauna memories often go back to childhood, sitting on the sauna bench with our parents or grandparents, getting used to the warmth, and learning what 𝘭𝘦𝘪𝘭 is.

It's something that has been passed down through generations. And while a lot has changed over the years, the tradition of spending time together in the sauna is still very much alive.

And judging by this little sauna enthusiast, the next generation is already getting the hang of it! 😄

Shorter days, colder weather, and the season of sniffles is here 🍂

As autumn settles in, we spend more time indoors, get less daylight, and often need a little extra rest and recovery. And this is where a regular sauna routine can come in handy.

Research suggests that regular sauna use may support some of the body’s natural defense and recovery processes. An evening sauna may also help you unwind and prepare for a good night’s sleep. And let’s not forget the simple pleasure of slowing down and enjoying some gentle leil after a long day.

But there’s one important thing to remember: sauna is not about pushing your limits, and you can’t sweat out a cold. Regularity, moderate heat, proper hydration, and listening to your body matter much more than how long you can stay on the bench.

We’ve put together a blog post exploring the science behind sauna, immunity, and recovery, along with some practical tips for making sauna part of your autumn routine.

A little sauna inspiration from interbad! 🌿

Of course, we couldn't leave Stuttgart without admiring all the beautiful saunas on display!

From thoughtful little details and clever design solutions to saunas in all shapes and sizes, there was plenty to admire.

Here are just a few snapshots of what caught our eye ❤️

Interbad 2026, you were good to us! 🇩🇪🔥

A whole week in Stuttgart, and quite a few good memories to bring home!

One of the biggest highlights was finally showing our new CORE Pro and KLINT SOLO to the world. And judging by the reactions, especially to CORE Pro, we think it was worth the wait! Some of you were already asking when you could place your orders. (A little more patience, though. That part comes next year 😉)

Another special moment was the launch of the Estonian Sauna Trust. It was great to share the stand with fellow Estonian sauna companies (DWILD, Auroom Wellness, Leil Saunas) and see so much positive feedback on the initiative, even from our Finnish sauna brothers!

But beyond the launches, it was simply great to catch up with our partners, meet new people, and have some really good conversations. Even with fellow sauna heater manufacturers. Turns out, there's plenty to talk and laugh about when you get a bunch of sauna people together. 😄

And Stuttgart? You spoiled us with sunshine, warmer weather than back home in Estonia, and some seriously generous German food portions.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by, said hello, and made these three days so enjoyable. Until next time! ❤️

ONE MORE DAY AT INTERBAD 🇩🇪

A little photo dump before we head into the final day 📸

The past two days have brought familiar faces, new connections, some very serious heater inspections, and plenty of sauna inspiration from around the halls.

If you’re at interbad today, there’s still time to meet the oir team and see the new heaters up close.

Meet CORE Pro 🔥

You’ve been asking us to go bigger. Today, we can finally show you what we’ve been working on.

HUUM CORE Pro brings the clean, minimal design of the CORE series to larger saunas and higher power requirements. Available in 12 kW, 15 kW, 18 kW and 21 kW, it is designed for sauna rooms from 10 to 35 m³.

⚡ For spaces that need even more power, two CORE Pro core units can be combined in a Duo setup. Different power versions can be paired to match the requirements of the sauna, with a maximum output of 2 × 21 kW, or 42 kW in total.

But more power is only part of the story.

👉🏼 CORE Pro is the first HUUM heater with a dedicated service drawer. It provides direct access to the heating elements, allowing them to be inspected or replaced without removing a single stone. This makes servicing considerably faster and easier, with less downtime - especially important for spas, hotels and public saunas.

CORE Pro at a glance:
〰️ Four power versions from 12 to 21 kW
〰️ Modular core unit for custom surrounds or HUUM wooden panels and trims
〰️ CORE Pro Black with a finished black aluminium casing, ready to install
〰️ Duo setup with two CORE Pro core units for a maximum output of 42 kW
〰️ Approximately 60 kg of stones, with an optional stone cage adding up to 30 kg more
〰️ Optional 2 kW steamer module for added humidity

CORE Pro Black is designed as a single-heater solution and does not support the Duo setup. Adding a steamer requires the dedicated CORE Pro Black Combi casing, as the standard black casing does not accommodate it.

CORE Pro is making its debut right now at interbad.

Come and see it up close:

Introducing the Estonian Sauna Trust 🇪🇪

Estonia may be a small country, but sauna has always been an important part of who we are. Today, four Estonian sauna companies are taking a shared step forward.

The Estonian Sauna Trust brings together HUUM, DWILD, Leil Saunas and Auroom Wellness - four companies covering everything from the heater at the heart of the sauna to complete cabins and tailor-made installations.

The Estonian Sauna Trust mark is intended to make that commitment easier to recognize. For international buyers, partners, architects and spa operators, it offers a clear sign that the company behind it has been carefully selected and stands behind what it makes. Because trust is not simply about a logo. It is built through quality, reliability and responsibility over time.

Today, we are introducing the Estonian Sauna Trust internationally for the first time at interbad 2026 in Stuttgart.

If you are here, come and meet us:
📅 6–8 October
📍 Messe Stuttgart · Stand 1C32

This is only the beginning. We look forward to showing you more about the companies, people and shared values behind the mark.
