Sometimes the real story of a company begins not on the day it was founded, but on the day the right mindset arrives.
For Zircon, that day was May 9, 2005.
That was the day Aleksander Kuzin joined the company - an engineer for whom manufacturing has always been more than just a job.
At the time, it was a completely different stage.
Like many manufacturing companies, there was potential - but not yet enough structure, consistency, or depth.
And the changes did not begin with loud decisions.
They began with an approach:
• attention to detail
• understanding of processes
• responsibility for the result, not just the task
Year by year, this approach became a system.
No noise. No sudden leaps. Just steady and sustainable progress.
But no system works on its own.
Behind it are people.
A team that shows up every day, takes responsibility, finds solutions, and is not afraid of complex challenges.
That is why today Zircon is more than just manufacturing.
It is:
• tooling expertise (injection molds and stamping dies)
• serial production
• an engineering-driven approach to customer challenges
But most importantly — it is the people who make all of this possible.
This year marks 21 years since that day.
And if someone asks us when it all truly started,
our answer is simple:
it started the moment real manufacturing understanding - and the team capable of turning it into reality - came together.
Thank you to our team - for your work, responsibility, and for walking this path together with us.
And it feels like this is only the beginning 🙂

Mõnikord ei alga ettevõtte tõeline lugu selle asutamise päeval,
vaid päeval, kui ettevõttesse tuleb õige mõtteviis.
Zirconi jaoks oli selleks päevaks 9. mai 2005.
Just siis liitus ettevõttega Aleksander Kuzin - insener, kelle jaoks tootmine on alati olnud midagi enamat kui lihtsalt töö.
Tol hetkel oli see täiesti teine etapp.
Nagu paljudel tootmisettevõtetel, oli ka siin potentsiaali - kuid veel puudus süsteemsus, järjepidevus ja sügav arusaam.
Ja muutused ei alanud suurte loosungite või valjude otsustega.
Need algasid lähenemisest:
• tähelepanu detailidele
• protsesside mõistmine
• vastutus tulemuse, mitte ainult ülesande eest
Aastate jooksul kasvas sellest välja süsteem.
Ilma suure kärata. Ilma järskude hüpeteta. Kuid stabiilsete tulemustega.
Aga ükski süsteem ei tööta iseenesest.
Selle taga on inimesed.
Meeskond, kes teeb iga päev oma tööd, võtab vastutust, otsib lahendusi ega karda keerulisi väljakutseid.
Just seetõttu ei ole Zircon täna lihtsalt tootmine.
See on:
• tööriistavalmistus (survevormid ja stantsid)
• seeriatootmine
• insenertehniline lähenemine klientide väljakutsetele
Kuid kõige tähtsam - need on inimesed, tänu kellele see kõik toimib.
Sel aastal täitub sellest päevast 21 aastat.
Ja kui meilt küsitakse, millal kõik tegelikult algas,
siis vastame lihtsalt:
see algas hetkel, kui tekkis tõeline arusaam tootmisest - ja meeskond, kes suutis selle ellu viia.
Aitäh meie meeskonnale - teie töö, vastutuse ja selle eest, et käime seda teed koos.
Ja tundub, et see on alles algus 🙂
