Cost Accountant

Job Description

· Prepare and monitor cost allocation methods for various departments or production units and ensure alignment with actual production data.

· Analyze cost variances (material, labor, overhead) and provide detailed explanations for management review.

· Reconcile raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventories on a regular basis.

· Ensure accurate valuation of inventory in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

· Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure physical counts match book records.

· Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

· Monitor actual spending vs. budget, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.

· Prepare monthly cost reports, production cost summaries, and management dashboards.

· Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

· Support the implementation of ERP or costing system enhancements.



Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing and metal Industries.

Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory management, and ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or similar).

Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

*Production Section Head*

Job Description:

· Responsible for achieving the production plan allocated for each line/machine while following predetermined Quality and safety standards.
· Monitor and execute the production according to the plan, diagnose problems or machine delays or any production circumstances in the production line, provide recommendations, and report them to the direct manager.
· Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement. ·
· Monitoring waste rates, production scrap analyzing root causes, and suggesting means to reduce waste.
· Coordinates with the maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance schedules so as not to disrupt production targets.
· Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly (including downtime analysis and efficiency analysis).

Job Requirements:

BS degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
10- 20 years of experience in the metal industries field.
Familiar with the machine productivity and CNC technology.

Lean Manufacturing Background.
Excellent mentoring, coaching, leadership, and people management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Production Planning Engineer



Basic Job Description:



· Create the Weekly production schedules & Monthly/Annual production plans

· Plan ex*****on follow up & continuous reporting as required by management.

· Monthly/Annual plans study in terms of capacity and manpower constraints.

· Responsible of keeping & studying stock levels and avoid slow movers.

· Responsible of keeping the agreed stock policies for the make to stock channels.

· Coordination with MRP Engineer to avoid stock outs and keeping smooth operation.

· Responsible for JO creation, editing on the ERP and follow up JO ex*****on and closure as required.



Job Requirements:

· 3-7 years of experience in the same position specifically in Industrial field.

· EDUCATION: B.Sc. Faculty of Engineering.
