Our Story

IDACO was established in 1986. It is the leader in wiring harness industry in Egypt with about 1100 employees in 2 premises at the industrial zone 6th of October city, Egypt. We started export since 2005 to United Kingdom, Italy and to Volkswagen Group (Germany) in addition to our local customers. IDACO certified ISO-TS 16949:2009, ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, and QSB (Quality Systems Basics) of General Motor, IDACO implements Barcode System for all the process starting from Production to packaging. IDACO uses the oracle e-business suite to control all its activities such as Engineering, Bills of material, WIP, Purchasing, Order management, Inventory, cash management, MPS/MRP, order management, cost management and all other activities. IDACO is working with the up-to-date automatic machinery of wiring harnesses industry such as Schleuniger CC36, Gamma 333 PC and Alpha 433. Because we realize quietly the great importance of our product we realize quietly also how important to create a teamwork in worm homely environment for all IDACO’s employees which give us the tools to get it right the first time. In IDACO we do real R/D, we develop internally all our conveyor systems, we develop many control and monitoring systems, that help in increasing the performance and efficiency of the company as a whole.
