As part of the company’s commitment to strategic alignment and a unified vision, a Board of Directors meeting was held during which Mr. Ahmed Shaaban and Eng. Mahmoud Abdelnasser presented the company’s 2026 vision, highlighting key opportunities and challenges, as well as the strategic objectives, expansion plans, and production targets for the upcoming phase.
During the meeting, Eng. Omar Hegazy presented the 2025 objectives and reviewed the achievements accomplished to date, noting that more than 90% of these targets have been successfully achieved.
In addition, Eng. Sameh El-Farmawy, Commercial Manager, presented the 2026 sales plan and the collection targets for the year.
Mr. Mohamed Mady, HR Manager, presented the company’s organizational structure and explained its direct impact on supporting and achieving the company’s strategic goals.
This was followed by Eng. Mohamed Abdelkader, Area QC Manager, who reviewed the initiatives implemented to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
Furthermore, Mr. Ahmed Shawky, Procurement Manager, outlined his plan for the coming year to secure the company’s requirements and support all departments in line with the company’s expansion vision.
Eng. Mohamed Atta, Equipment Manager, presented the equipment roadmap aligned with the company’s expansion in plants and machinery.
In the same context, Eng. Ahmed Adel, Area Operations Manager "North Coast", and Eng. Mohamed Kamal presented their production and operational plans, while Ms. Enas Ezz El-Din, Finance Director, clarified the financial plan for the upcoming year.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Ayman Zaki, Director of Strategic Planning, emphasized that we are one team with one shared goal, reaffirming that through collaboration, unity, and determination, all departments will work together to achieve the company’s ambitions and strategic targets.
