We’re looking for enthusiastic engineers who are eager to apply their technical knowledge in a sales role!

Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify new opportunities, build relationships with contractors, and achieve sales targets.
Technical Support: Provide expert advice on concrete mix designs, applications, and troubleshooting.
Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Coordination & Reporting: Work with production and logistics teams, track sales performance, and submit reports.

✨Requirements:
- bachelor degree in engineering or related education .
- 3-5 years of experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for sales and building client relationships.

Job Title: Batch Plant Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Concrete Plant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering and 5-7 years of experience managing concrete plants. The candidate should also have experience operating rental equipment.

Responsibilities:
• Assign and schedule work orders so they are completed on time.
• Assist in the entire operation of the plant and machinery with full technical support.
• Provide complete support for the promotion of sales to achieve the desired target.
• Overall supervision of plant, machinery, maintenance, vehicle routing, quality control, etc.
• Monitor day-to-day program scheduling for deliveries to various sites.
• Coordinate overall maintenance activities through planning and communication with peers, team members, customers (internal and external), suppliers, and technical staff.
• Develop and control plans and budgets for the maintenance area.
• Implement a cost-effective preventative maintenance program to maintain production equipment in an efficient, safe operating manner.
• Schedule people, machines, materials, and support services to achieve maximum team efficiency in meeting production requirements.
• Ensure team members are trained to guarantee proper skill sets are developed and improved on daily basis.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical).
• 7+ years of experience in the same position.
• Solid experience in the field of ready-mix concrete.
• Strong leadership ability, problem-solving skills, and decision-making skills.
