Roya Technology for Control Systems & Software is expanding its team and looking for a Technical Sales & Marketing Specialist to help us grow our presence across the industrial sector.
Weโre looking for someone who combines technical understanding with strong sales and business-development skills and can confidently engage with factories, engineers, and decision-makers.
๐ง KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
โข Promote and sell industrial automation solutions, control systems, software, and specialized engineering maintenance services.
โข Identify and develop new business opportunities across factories and industrial facilities.
โข Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with industrial clients.
โข Visit customers, understand their technical requirements, and coordinate with our engineering team to develop suitable solutions.
โข Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals and quotations.
โข Negotiate commercial terms and follow opportunities through to closure.
โข Manage customer accounts and support ongoing business development.
โข Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within the industrial automation sector.
๐ฏ REQUIREMENTS
โข 3+ years of proven experience in industrial B2B technical sales, business development, or technical marketing.
โข Strong technical background in electrical/electronic systems, industrial maintenance, automation, control systems, and/or industrial programming.
โข Good understanding of industrial automation products and engineering solutions.
โข Strong knowledge of Borg El Arab industrial zones, factories, and industrial companies.
โข Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
โข Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset.
โข Valid driving license and ownership of a private car are required.
โข Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits within Alexandria and surrounding industrial areas.
