ما هو الم***ل الحرارى ؟ Heat Exchanger
الم***ل الحرارى عبارة عن جهاز يعمل على نقل الحرارة من سائل إلى سائل أخر بدون حدوث تلامس مباشر ( تبادل حرارى )
و يتكون الم***ل الحرارى من عدة أجزاء و هى:-
1- أطار الجسم Body frame
و هو يساعد على الحفاظ على تماسك الألواح و ربطها مع بعضها بشكل صحيح و يتكون هذا الأطار من الجسم الأمامى و الجسم الخلفى و الحوامل العلوية و السفلية للألواح
2- الألواح Plate
و تعتبر أهم جزء فى الم***ل الحرارى حيث أنها منطقة نقل الحرارة بين السوائل و تختلف حجم و سمك و عدد هذه الألواح من م***ل لأخر من حيث الكفاءة و نوع السائل .
3- الجوانات Seals – Gaskets
وهى تكون بين الألواح لمنع تسرب السائل من الم***ل الحرارى
أنواع الم***لات :-
1- Shell &Tube Type
2- Plate Heat Exchanger
و تستخدم الم***لات الحرارية فى كثير من التطبيقات مثل تبريد و تسخين المبانى و أنظمة التدفئة المركزية و تسخين حمامات السباحة و فى الفنادق و محطات الطاقة
