دورة ما قبل الاحتضان الخامسة من جسر توفر تمويل يصل إلى 15000 جنيه مصري يتمثل في دعم مادي ودعم فني من مرشدين متخصصين و خدمات معامل الإلكترونيات والتصميم والميكانيكا و أيضا مساحة العمل المشتركة الخاصة بحاضنة أعمال جسر.

دورة ما قبل الاحتضان تستهدف الفرق التي تعمل في مرحلة الفكرة أو مرحلة اثبات المفهوم لمنتج صناعي تكنولوجي ملموس (Hardware) لتحويله إلى نموذج أولي قابل لدخول السوق.
تقدم حل لمشكلة اجتماعية في مجالات المياه أو الصحة أو الطاقة أو الغذاء و أعمال الزراعة أو التعليم.

معايير الاختيار:
فريق متعدد الخلفيات العلمية والتقنية.
عدد أعضاء الفريق لا يقل عن فردين ولا يزيد عن 6 أفراد.

GESR Pre-Incubation cycle 5 is offering teams with innovative early-stage projects prototyping fund up to EGP15,000 in technical support, training and mentorship, GESR Innovation Lab Facilities (electronics, design and mechanical), and a co-working space.

Pre-Incubation Cycle is targeting teams that work at the idea or proof-of-concept stage to develop a (Hardware & IoT) innovative product with market potential.
Addressing social issues in one or more of these sectors: water, health, energy, food/agribusiness and education.

Selection Criteria:
Team with diverse skills and knowledge.
Number of team members is not less than 2 and not more than 6 members.

كل سنه وانتم طيبين
انا ندى الجمل افتكر كلكم عرفنى واغلبكم اصدقائى ، النهارده حبيت اكلمكم عن حاجه مهمه جدا
اول مره دخلت فيها IEEE قررت انى هحاول اشتغل جامد جدا علشان يكون عندى خبره ، و فعلا بدأت، بعد كدا بدأت افكر طيب وايه تانى يعنى انا اشتغلت وعملت طيب ممكن اكون حاجه اكبر يعنى هل انا عندى القدره انى ارأس التيم إل انا جزء منه هل ممكن اضفلهم زى ما انا اتضفلى هل ممكن ازود حاجه او حتى اعمل تغيير هل فى يوم من الايام ممكن اكون مديره ناجحه ، مكنش عندى الاجابه لأنى عمرى مكنت head قبل كدا وفى مره قررت إنى اقدم ، برغم من انى كنت خايفه اخسر و كنت حاسه انى لو خسرت معناه إنى فاشله ، بس تحديت نفسي و قدمت وحتى مكنتش عارفه اعمل بلان ازاى بس قولت خليني اجرب وروحت سألت ، وقدمت وخسرت ،وقتها محستش انى خسرت بالعكس حسيت انى كسبت حاجه مهمه انى تخطيت خوفى ، وعرفتنى ايه المهام إل المفروض اقوم بيها ، بعدين السنه إل بعدها قدمت وخسرت بردو ،وقتها قررت ان الخساره مش فشل لا هى اول طريق النجاح علشان كدا قررت اقدم تانى ، وفعلا قدمت وكسبت ، لما بقيت هيد كنت مبسوطه وحسيت انى عملت حاجه برغم انى مكونتش عارفه المفروض اتصرف ازاى ازاى هدير التيم ازاى هحط خطه ازاى هتصرف الموضوع كان صعب بس كان لازم اجرب علشان اتعلم وبمساعده من صديق بقيت اخبط بس انا وبخبط اتعلمت وبعدين مشيت بس لما مشيت عرفت يعنى ايه تكون قائد ازاى تهتم بفريقك وطلع احسن ما فيهم ازاى تكتشفهم علشان تعرف توجه مميزاتهم ، ودى حاجات ضفتلى في شخصيتي وحياتى العمليه كتير ، علشان كدا متقفوش متخفوش تحدو نفسكم وقدمو مضيعش على نفسك التجربه و الخبره، لان الكل الشغل والمسؤليه هى حاجه مصغره من حياه كبيره مستنياكم بكرا فى سوق العمل
اسفه طولت عليكم بس حسيت ان دى حاجه مهمه ممكن اشاركها لعيلتى 💪
