في إطار التزام شركة سييرا للهندسة والتصنيع بتقديم أعلى مستويات خدمة العملاء والدعم الفني وخدمات ما بعد البيع، واستمرارًا لدورنا في دعم مشروعات البنية التحتية، قامت إدارة خدمة العملاء بالتواجد الميداني والإشراف الفني على أعمال توريد وتركيب محابس مشروع رافع الصرف الصحي – مركز المدينة، التابع لجهاز مدينة القاهرة الجديدة.
وشملت الأعمال:
محابس Plug بأقطار 700 مم و1000 مم
محابس عدم رجوع Swing Flex بقطر 700 مم
وقد تمت متابعة الأعمال بدقة لضمان تنفيذ التركيب والاختبارات وفقًا لأعلى المعايير الفنية، وبما يضمن كفاءة التشغيل واستمرارية الأداء.

As part of Sierra Engineering & Manufacturing’s commitment to delivering high standards of customer service, technical support, and after-sales services, the Customer Service team attended and supervised the installation works at the Wastewater Pumping Station – City Center Project, under the New Cairo City Authority.
The scope included:
Plug valves, sizes 700 mm and 1000 mm
Swing Flex check valves, size 700 mm
All activities were closely monitored to ensure installation and testing were carried out in accordance with the highest technical standards, ensuring reliable operation and long-term performance.
