المستندات اللازمة للحصول على ترخيص البناء

- صورة بطاقة الرقم القومى لمن سيصدر باسمه الترخيص.

- توكيل رسمى من المالك للمهندس أو المكتب الهندسى.

- بيان بحساب قيمة التكاليف طبقا للنموذج الوارد باللائحة التنفيذية.

- تقرير استشارى فنى عن التربة فى حالة أربع طوابق فأكثر أو أكثر من مليون جنيه.

- تقرير استشاري عن سلامة العقار طبقا للنموذج الوارد باللائحة التنفيذية.

- صورة من سجل مشاريع المهندس المعمارى والإنشائى الخاص بالترخيص.

- نوتة حسابية معتمدة فى حالة تقديم وثيقة تأمين أربع طوابق فأكثر أو أكثر من مليون جنيه.

- 3 نسخ من رسومات هندسية معتمدة من المهندس أو المكتب الاستشارى.

- أصل شهادة صلاحية الموقع للبناء من الناحية التخطيطية، وشهادة صلاحية أعمال الترخيص

- وثيقة التأمين فى حالة الأعمال المطلوبة أربع طوابق أو أكثر من مليون جنيه

-المستندات الدالة بملكية الأرض والعقار «عقد مشهر»

- نسخة من الرسومات الإنشائية المعتمدة.

- إقرار وتعهد بشأن الملكية طبقا للنموذج الوارد باللائحة التنفيذية

- إيصال توريد الدمغة الهندسية، وشهادة الاستشارى الصادر من النقابة

-شهادة المتغيرات المكانية، وجميع الموافقات المطلوبة من الآثار والرى والصرف
