إنجاز هندسي غير مسبوق في مصر

في سابقة تُعد الأولى من نوعها في مصر، نجحت شركة جولدن أرو في تنفيذ عملية سحب عدد 25 ماسورة في نفق واحد وبسحبة واحدة، باستخدام أسلوب الحفر الأفقي الموجّه (Horizontal Directional Drilling)، أسفل ترعة وعلى عمق 35 مترًا، بجوار خط السكة الحديد.

وقد تم تنفيذ المشروع باستخدام أحدث برامج التصميم الهندسي وأحدث أجهزة ومعدات تنفيذ، بما يضمن أعلى مستويات الدقة والكفاءة.

تم تنفيذ الأعمال بالتعاون مع الهيئة القومية لسكك حديد مصر وشركة سيمنز، وتم الانتهاء من المشروع وفقًا للمواصفات الفنية المطلوبة والبرنامج الزمني المحدد.

يمثل هذا الإنجاز تأكيدًا على قدرة الكوادر الهندسية المصرية على تنفيذ مشروعات معقدة بهذا الحجم والدقة، ويعكس نقلة نوعية في مجال مشروعات البنية التحتية، مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة.

Unprecedented Engineering Achievement in Egypt

For the first time in Egypt, Golden Arrow Company has successfully carried out the pulling of 25 pipes in a single bore and in one continuous pull using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) beneath a canal, at a depth of 35 meters, adjacent to the railway line.

The works were executed using the latest engineering design software and state-of-the-art equipment, in collaboration with the Egyptian National Railways Authority and Siemens.

The project was completed in accordance with the required technical specifications and within the scheduled timeframe.

This achievement reflects the capability of Egyptian engineering teams to deliver highly complex projects with precision and excellence.

It represents a qualitative leap in infrastructure development, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.

تعلن شركة جولدن أرو للمقاولات العمومية عن نجاحها في تنفيذ تعدية هندسية معقدة تضمنت سحب وتركيب عدد 25 ماسورة من مادة البولي إيثيلين عالي الكثافة (HDPE)، باقطار مختلفة وذلك أسفل ترعة وكوبري نفشية، ضمن مشروع ضخم تابع لشركة سيمنز وهيئة السكك الحديدية المصرية.

وقد تم تنفيذ عملية السحب في تعدية واحدة متكاملة، وهو ما يعكس قدرة الشركة على إدارة الأعمال الكبرى بكفاءة عالية، مع الالتزام الكامل بالمواصفات الفنية والهندسية المعتمدة.

Golden Arrow has achieved a new milestone with the successful ex*****on of 20-inch and 36-inch pipeline crossings, as part of Petrojet project to replace and rehabilitate the main water pipeline, the main water intake, and the Al-Salam intake in Assiut Governorate.

This achievement adds to the company’s record of national successes in the petroleum sector. The modifications to the Al-Salam pipeline were completed using 500 mm and 900 mm diameter pipes, as part of Petrojet’s station projects.

The scope of work included pulling the pipes with fiber sleeves,
ensuring the readiness and reliability of the energy transmission infrastructure.

Through this project, the company demonstrated its capability to deliver complex projects across diverse geographical environments, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.

نجاح جديد يُضاف إلى مشروعات شركة جولدن أرو، تم تنفيذ تعديات بقطري 20 بوصة و36 بوصة، ضمن مشروعات شركة Petrojet لإحلال وتجديد خط المياه الرئيسي، ومأخذ المياه الرئيسي، ومأخذ السلام بمحافظة أسيوط.

ويأتي هذا الإنجاز ليُضاف إلى سجل النجاحات الوطنية في قطاع البترول، حيث تم الانتهاء من تنفيذ تعديات خط السلام باستخدام مواسير بقطري 500 مم و900 مم، ضمن مشروعات المحطة التابعة لشركة بتروجيت.

وقد شملت الأعمال سحب المواسير مع الجراب الخاص بمواسير الفايبر، بما يضمن جاهزية البنية التحتية لنقل الطاقة.

New Milestone Achieved in Ras Gharib: Dual Crossing and Fiber Integration

نجاح جديد في رأس غارب – تنفيذ تعديتين بمواسير 6 بوصة وسحب جرابات الفايبر

تم الانتهاء من تنفيذ تعديتين في منطقة رأس غارب – العين السخنة، باستخدام مواسير بقطر 6 بوصة، وبأطوال بلغت 610 متر و180 متر، وذلك ضمن مشروعات البنية التحتية لخطوط الطاقة.

وقد تميز المشروع بسحب الجراب الخاص بمواسير الفايبر بالتزامن مع كل ماسورة، مما يعكس دقة التنسيق الهندسي وكفاءة التنفيذ.

ويُعد هذا الإنجاز إضافة نوعية للبنية التحتية في منطقة البحر الأحمر، ويدعم خطط التوسع في مشروعات الطاقة والاتصالات.

Engineering Achievement in Zohr Field Project – Port Said

As part of supporting Egypt’s national energy initiatives, 4 strategic crossings within Zohr Field Project in Port Said Governorate have been successfully executed using 14-inch diameter pipelines. These works were delivered as part of the critical infrastructure supporting energy transmission and vital utility networks.

This milestone contributes to one of the largest natural gas development projects in the Eastern Mediterranean, reinforcing Egypt’s position as a regional energy hub.

All activities were completed in full compliance with the highest quality, safety, and engineering standards, leveraging advanced construction technologies to ensure long-term operational reliability and sustainability.

إنجاز هندسي في مشروع حقل ظهر – تنفيذ 4 تعديات استراتيجية ببورسعيد

في إطار دعم مشروعات الطاقة القومية، تم الانتهاء بنجاح من تنفيذ 4 تعديات رئيسية ضمن مشروع حقل ظهر بمحافظة بورسعيد، باستخدام مواسير بقطر 14 بوصة، وذلك ضمن أعمال البنية التحتية الخاصة بنقل الطاقة والخطوط الحيوية.

ويُعد هذا الإنجاز أحد أكبر مشروعات الغاز في منطقة البحر المتوسط، حيث تم تنفيذ الأعمال وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة، وباستخدام تقنيات متقدمة تضمن الاستدامة التشغيلية.

Golden Arrow successfully executed a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe crossing in Al-Rawda, spanning 800 meters to carry two 66 kV power cable circuits, as part of the Nile River Crossings Project.

بمتوسط طول 800 متر لتغطية كابلات جهد 66 ك.ف، بعدد 2 دائرة، تنجح جولدن أرو في تنفيذ تعدية مواسير بولي إيثيلين عالي الكثافة ضمن مشروع تعديات نهر النيل بمنطقة الروضة.
