☕ How do you effectively treat roasting emissions from a 75 kg coffee roaster?
Coffee roasting generates smoke, oil mist, fine particles and strong roasting odors. For commercial and industrial roasting applications, an effective exhaust purification system is essential.
For this project, our ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) was designed for a PROBAT 75 kg coffee roaster.
⚙️ Application:
• Coffee roasting exhaust

• Smoke and fine particulate removal

• Continuous exhaust air purification
Our ESP technology uses electrostatic charging to capture fine particulate matter from the roasting exhaust, helping to reduce visible smoke and improve the quality of the discharged air.
