إنفنيتي وإنبي تجددان تعاونهما بمذكرة تفاهم جديدة لدعم مشروعات الطاقة النظيفة

في إطار التعاون المستمر بين مجموعة إنفنيتي وشركة إنبي، وقّع الطرفان مذكرة تفاهم جديدة تهدف إلى توسيع نطاق العمل المشترك في تنفيذ مشروعات الطاقة النظيفة والمتجددة، بما يساهم في تعزيز كفاءة المشروعات ودعم التوسع في استخدام مصادر الطاقة المستدامة.
وقّع المذكرة السيد محمد إسماعيل منصور، الشريك المؤسس والرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة إنفنيتي، والمهندس خالد إبراهيم، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب لشركة إنبي بحضور كل من الأستاذ أشرف البشري، مدير عام شركة إنفنيتي ودكتور مهندس طارق حموده، مساعد رئيس شركة إنبي لتنمية الأعمال والمهندس هشام توفيق، مستشار رئيس مجلس الادارة لتكنولوجيا العمليات وتحول الطاقة بشركة إنبي والدكتورة ياسمين الشربيني مدير تحول الطاقة والاستدامة بالإدارة العامة لتنمية الأعمال بشركة إنبي.
وتعكس هذه الخطوة التزام مجموعة إنفنيتي بالبناء على شراكاتها الناجحة، ومواصلة تقديم حلول مبتكرة تدعم نمو مشروعات الطاقة المتجددة داخل مصر وخارجها.

Yesterday at EGYPES 2026, our Co-Founder and CEO, Mohamed Ismail Mansour, participated in a high-level panel discussion on the strategic importance of electrifying energy.
The discussion explored how electrification and renewables are redefining energy systems, building on the momentum already seen in EVs and residential heating. The next phase lies in transforming energy-intensive sectors, from oil and gas to refineries and offshore platforms, where meaningful, scalable impact can be unlocked.

Welcoming Mohamed Ismail Mansour, Chairman of Infinity Power to the EGYPES 2026 Strategic Conference taking place in Cairo from 30 March – 1 April 2026.

Infinity Power, Africa’s largest renewable energy provider, is a joint venture between Infinity and Masdar, specializing in solar, wind, and battery storage. The company has 1.3 GW of operational projects across Egypt, South Africa, and Senegal, cutting over 3 million tons of CO₂ emissions per year. During the Strategic Conference, Mohamed will discuss the role of renewables and low-carbon fuels in delivering cleaner, more reliable electricity supply.

As part of the Infinity Power Sustainability Series, we continue to shine a light on the people and initiatives driving meaningful change across our communities.
Arthur Crawshay, Head of sustainability at Infinity Power, shares how Infinity Power’s African renewable energy projects are designed with a holistic view of sustainability, balancing growing power demand with environmental and social impact.

In the past year, we partnered with 8 communities, invested USD 3.5 million in 130 initiatives, and supported the creation of 400+ jobs across our portfolio.

As part of the Infinity Power Sustainability Series, we continue to celebrate the people and community initiatives driving positive change within local communities.
Through the Educational Garden Pathway in Ceres, in partnership with Witzenberg Municipality - Official , CapeNature, and local schools, we restored and replanted indigenous Cliffortia species, supporting water filtration, carbon sequestration, and ecosystem health. The garden now serves as a hands-on learning space for biodiversity, sustainability, and community engagement.
This year, the programme reached four schools and 120 learners, reinforcing our commitment to resilient ecosystems, empowered communities, and a just, sustainable future.
