📐 We’re Hiring | Quantity Surveyor
TYPICAL is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cairo and manage measurement and contract administration, ensuring executed quantities, payments, and variations are accurately verified.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct joint site measurements with the Contractor’s QS for Interim Payment Certificates
• Verify executed quantities against the approved BOQ
• Review, evaluate, and negotiate Contractor variation claims
• Prepare cost-to-complete forecasts and budget-tracking reports
• Reconcile provisional sums and Prime Cost (PC) items
• Review Contractor monthly IPC submissions prior to RE certification
• Maintain organized measurement records and take-off sheets
• Support preparation of the Final Account and retention release at DLP close-out
Requirements:
• BSc. in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• 5–7 years of experience
• Full-time / On-site
• Strong measurement and contract administration skills
