We are looking for creative and motivated Architects to join our team and contribute to projects developed in accordance with international standards and building codes.

1. Senior Architect

Job Code: J-AR-1001

Responsibilities

-Develop architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents in compliance with international standards.

-Lead coordination efforts with various engineering disciplines.

-Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and effective management of client expectations and requirements.

Qualifications

-B.Sc. degree in Architecture Engineering.

-6–10 years of relevant experience in detailed design and construction documentation.

-Proven design experience across projects of various scales, including client and consultant presentations.

-Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.

Visualization and rendering skills are an advantage.

-Experience in mixed-use developments is preferred.

-Familiarity with international standards and building codes, including NFPA, IBC, ADA, and others.

-Good command of written and spoken English.

-Excellent time management and organizational skills.

2. Junior Architect

Job Code: J-AR-1002

Responsibilities

-Develop architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents in accordance with international standards.

-Coordinate effectively with different engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

-B.Sc. degree in Architecture Engineering.

-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in detailed design and construction documentation.

-Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.

Strong 3D modeling skills.

-Visualization and rendering skills are a plus.

-Experience in mixed-use developments is an advantage.

-Good command of written and spoken English.

Open Positions
Senior Architectural Site Supervision Engineer_ Code: SAS-2601
Senior Structural Site Supervision Engineer _ Code: SSS-2601

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable codes.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical queries.
Conduct site inspections, quality control reviews, testing, and issue NCRs when required.
Monitor contractor performance, workmanship quality, and construction progress.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Architecture, Structural, MEP, Interior Design, Landscape, Façade, and Specialist Consultants.
Participate in progress meetings, technical workshops, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Identify construction risks and recommend corrective actions.
Review progress claims and support project close-out documentation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architecture (for SAS-2601) or Civil Engineering – Structural (for SSS-2601).
10–15 years of professional experience in construction supervision and contract administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, luxury hotel, resort, mixed-use, or large-scale developments.
Previous experience with Consulting Engineering Firms in Site Supervision roles.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality assurance procedures, and international codes and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and related engineering software.
Excellent English communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple work fronts and coordinate with diverse project stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
Five-star hotels, luxury resorts, branded residences, and hospitality developments.
International hotel operators
Experience in luxury fit-out, high-end finishes, complex structural systems, and hospitality projects.
