Senior Architectural Site Supervision Engineer_ Code: SAS-2601
Senior Structural Site Supervision Engineer _ Code: SSS-2601

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable codes.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical queries.
Conduct site inspections, quality control reviews, testing, and issue NCRs when required.
Monitor contractor performance, workmanship quality, and construction progress.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Architecture, Structural, MEP, Interior Design, Landscape, Façade, and Specialist Consultants.
Participate in progress meetings, technical workshops, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Identify construction risks and recommend corrective actions.
Review progress claims and support project close-out documentation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architecture (for SAS-2601) or Civil Engineering – Structural (for SSS-2601).
10–15 years of professional experience in construction supervision and contract administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, luxury hotel, resort, mixed-use, or large-scale developments.
Previous experience with Consulting Engineering Firms in Site Supervision roles.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality assurance procedures, and international codes and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and related engineering software.
Excellent English communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple work fronts and coordinate with diverse project stakeholders.

Five-star hotels, luxury resorts, branded residences, and hospitality developments.
International hotel operators

Cove Architecture is seeking a highly qualified Senior Structural Site Supervision Engineer to join our team for a major, high-profile hospitality development.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Monitor all structural activities (concrete, steel, post-tensioning, precast) to ensure full compliance with drawings and specs.
Technical Review: Evaluate structural shop drawings, construction methodologies, material submittals, and temporary works.
Testing & QA/QC: Witness concrete sampling, load testing, and material inspections; issue NCRs and manage corrective actions.
Multidisciplinary Coordination: Liaise with Architectural, MEP, Geotechnical, and façade teams to resolve structural & site issues.
Risk & Progress Management: Identify construction risks, review RFIs, and verify structural progress claims for the Resident Engineer.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural specialization preferred).
Overall Experience: 10–15 years in construction supervision, specifically with Consulting Engineering firms.
Hospitality/Large-scale Experience: Minimum 5 years on large-scale hospitality, high-rise developments, or luxury resorts (>50,000 m² GFA).
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of deep basements, complex transfer structures, long-span steel, and international codes (ACI, AISC, Eurocodes).
Software & Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural engineering software. Excellent English reporting skills.
UAE / GCC experience is highly desirable.
