3E Supplies is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team at our main office in Mokattam. If you have a strong technical background and a talent for delivering excellent customer solutions, we want to hear from you!
🔧 Your Scope of Work:
Product Mastery: Develop a deep, comprehensive understanding of our full automation and engineering product portfolio.
Customer Engagement: Act as the technical bridge, dealing directly with customers to understand their unique requirements.
Technical Solutions: Design and propose the right technical solutions to meet client needs.
Commercial Support: Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and proposals.
Technical Support: Provide continuous pre-sales technical backing to ensure customer success.
🎓 What We Are Looking For:
Education: B.Sc. from the Faculty of Engineering.
Preferred Majors: Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering is highly recommended.
Experience: Fresh graduates or junior engineers with 1–2 years of experience.
Location: Residents of Mokattam, Maadi, or nearby areas are highly preferred for an easier commute to our main office.
Skills: Excellent communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high eagerness to learn.
