Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Engineer with a background in Architecture to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating architectural blueprints into reality, ensuring that every design element is executed with precision.
You will act as the vital link between the design office and the physical site, utilizing your technical expertise. We value candidates who are diligent communicators and possess a deep understanding of the project lifecycle, from initial site preparation to final handover.
Responsibilities
• Technical Oversight: Apply knowledge of engineering, mathematics, and building materials to ensure the finished product matches the architectural vision.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct frequent site evaluations and inspections to ensure work quality, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with building regulations.
• Project Supervision: Oversee on-site activities and provide proactive recommendations to solve technical challenges throughout the construction process.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and various teams to establish and maintain project goals, schedules, and budgets.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply).
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is mandatory; experience with Revit is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, creative problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction sequences, material specifications, and local building codes.
