المتطلبات:
* خبرة قوية في الإشراف وتنفيذ أعمال التشطيبات بالموقع.
* معرفة تامة بالمواد، أساليب التنفيذ، والتشطيبات.
* إجادة العمل على برنامج AutoCAD ومراجعة اللوحات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings).
* مهارات ممتازة في القيادة، التواصل، وإدارة العمالة والموقع.
