ROSAE is established as a Public-Private-Partnership (PPP), with the German Society for International Cooperation (Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit - GIZ) representing the public sector and RENAC and OASIS representing the private sector. The main objective of this PPP is to build up sustainable and high quality training structures on solar thermal and photovoltaics in Egypt

OASIS Renewable Energy (ORE)
ORE is the training and capacity building arm of SEDA. Based in Cairo, ORE was founded in 2010, comprising the expertise of energy professionals and engineering professors operating in the renewable energy field. ORE provides education and training in the field of renewable energy, covering the themes for decision makers, consultants, engineers, installers, technicians, undergraduates and schools.

أويسيس هي الذراع التدريبي لجمعية سيدا مقر أويسيس في القاهرة وتأسست عام 2010 وتضم خبرات من أساتذة الهندسة والمهنيين العاملين في مجال الطاقة المتجددة وتوفر أويسيس التعليم والتدريب في مجال الطاقة المتجددة وتغطي موضوعات لصانعي
القرار والاستشاريين والمهندسين والفنيين والجامعيين والمدارس
Training courses:
ROSAE offers courses for engineers, installers, investors and other professionals with an interest in solar electricity (off-grid and grid-tied) and solar thermal energy. Besides lectures and workshops, practical exercises constitute a key element of the courses. All courses are SEDA-approved, guaranteeing the quality of the courses and the adaptation of the contents to the local conditions and needs.
