Our landmark project in Qatar is “National Cement Plant”.
SIAC has executed all civil works for lines 3, 4 & 5 with an annual production capacity of 1,400,000, 1,800,000, 1,800,000 tons respectively.
Scope included earthworks, concrete works, pre-stressed concrete works & finishing works.

We are currently signing our land sale contracts at our recent project in Sadat City.
This marks our second park in Sadat city, located adjacent to our current site, reinforcing our clients’ trust and the growing demand for our projects.
The agreement has been signed with United for the Manufacturing and Bottling of Carbonated Water and Juices Company, in the presence of Mr. Ahmed Kamel Abdel Aal Hassan, Mrs. Abeer el-Sayed, and Mr. Bassel Shoirah, General Manager of Polaris Parks along with Mr. Ahmed Refaat, Commercial director of Polaris Parks, Mr. Mohamed Mansour and Mr. Mina Wagdy .

SIAC Construction is a leader in industrial turnkey projects in Egypt. Nestle Ice-cream Factory Upgrade & Extension in six October City is one of our special projects.
Turnkey construction of the upgrade & extension of the ice cream factory, warehouses & office areas.
The total built-up area of 12,000m2. Scope included demolition works of 10,000m2, site leveling, civil, finishing & MEP works.
The major structural system of the buildings was in steel structure.

SIAC Construction has played a major role in the construction of national projects in Egypt since its early stages. One of these projects is the “Cairo Underground Metro Stations” line 2.
We are honored to participate in the ex*****on of such vital projects for a better future for Egypt.
SIAC scope was complete construction & finishing works for two underground metro stations in addition to Subway -north entrance- for Metro Line 2.

SIAC Construction is proud of its projects in the Power sector.
We are honored to participate in power sector projects since the early 90’s due to our vision that infrastructure projects are the main key of development & growth for Egypt.
Our landmark in October City is "October Power Plant Expansion" 600MW turning the current simple-cycle plant into a combined cycle plant.
The scope of works included complete civil works for the expansion of an existing power plant. The expansion included the conversion of the power plant from simple to combined cycle by adding new 4 units with a total capacity of 600MW.
The scope of works also included steel structure er****on works, finishing works and MEP works.
Moreover, SIAC was pleased to meet the client targets in the project while honored with the appreciation certificate received from Ansaldo Energia for working five million hours with zero harm/lost time incidents!
Achieving targets is essential yet it should be always safety comes first!

SIAC Construction - a subsidiary of SIAC Holding- is a leader in infrastructure construction in Egypt.
Our project is "Infrastructure Works for Reclamation of 400,000 feddans in Zone L & Zone K" in Egypt's Future Mega Project, Dabaa Corridor.
SIAC's contract combines the construction of all networks & pumping stations to irrigate 400,000 feddans.
Scope of works includes all civil, architectural finishing, electromechanical, infrastructure, landscape, and road works.
Networks to be installed under this contract include the following:
- Prestressed pipeline length 29 km in diameter (1200mm to 2500mm)
- Steel pipeline length 148 km in diameter (1200mm to 3000mm)
- HDPE pipeline length 255 km in diameter (200mm to 1000mm)
- UPVC pipeline length 300 km in diameter (200mm to 315mm)
The Future of Egypt Mega Project aims to develop the New Delta region by reclaiming a total of 2.2 million feddans. The primary objective is to boost agricultural production, ensuring the availability of high-quality agricultural products at affordable prices for the citizens. Additionally, the project aims to generate surplus produce for export, thereby reducing the need for imports, increasing foreign currency reserves, and contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals.
