For immediate hiring, we are looking for a Junior Civil Technical Office Engineer to join our team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 0–2 years of experience
• Good knowledge of technical office tasks (shop drawings, quantity take-off, BOQs)
• Familiar with AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
• Basic understanding of construction methods and materials
• Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review shop drawings
• Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimation
• Coordinate with site and design teams
• Support technical documentation and reports
Location: Sheraton, Heliopolis

Today, Egypt celebrates the Grand Opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum — a dream turned into reality, and a global symbol where ancient civilization meets modern innovation.

During construction, Contra took part in the strengthening of pre-stressed slabs using Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) systems to ensure durability and long-term strength.

🔹 First Challenge: Working beneath the slab at a height of over 30 meters, ensuring that all strengthening works remained completely invisible to visitors.
🔹 Second Challenge: Working on top of the slab, where the strengthening system had to resist high surface temperatures from direct sunlight. Our team developed a special heating technique, raising temperatures to 80°C for one week, to enhance durability and performance.

اليوم نحتفل بافتتاح المتحف المصري الكبير — حلم مصر الذي أصبح حقيقة، وصار رمزًا يجمع بين عبقرية الحضارة القديمة وروعة الهندسة الحديثة 💫

تفخر شركة كونترا بكونها جزءًا من هذا الصرح العالمي المذهل ✨
خلال التنفيذ، قمنا بأعمال تدعيم البلاطات الخرسانية سابقة الإجهاد باستخدام ألياف الكربون CFRP لتحقيق أعلى متانة وجودة ممكنة.

🔹 التحدي الأول: العمل من أسفل البلاطة على ارتفاع أكثر من 30 مترًا، مع ضمان أن تبقى أعمال التدعيم غير مرئية تمامًا أمام الزوار.
🔹 التحدي الثاني: العمل من أعلى البلاطة تحت حرارة الشمس، حيث استخدمنا نظام تسخين خاص بدرجة حرارة 80°C لمدة أسبوع كامل لزيادة متانة النظام ومقاومته للحرارة.

اكثر من مائة منتج من سيكا تم استخدامها خلال مراحل تنفيذ المتحف المصرى الكبير .

Contra is currently hiring Senior Civil Technical Office Engineer, Job description includes
• Provide all the required technical documents such as drawings, manuals and instructions for the construction team.
• Conduct quantity surveying for all executed work.
• Prepare and follow up the documentation for claims and variation orders.
• Ensure that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved by the consultant.
• Prepare monthly and weekly update reports presenting the current situation of the work done.
• Prepare procurement plan for the new projects and follow up on the procurement plan to ensure meeting the project budget.
• Prepare shop drawings if required.

Job Requirements
• bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office & AutoCAD
• 4 to 7 years of experience in technical office
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Males only.

مطلوب مهندس مدني تنفيذ للعمل في الموقع
المهام الوظيفية تشمل ما يأتي ولا تقتصر عليه

•مراجعة اللوحات و المستندات الخاصة بالمشروع.
•الإشراف علي أعمال التنفيذ اليومية بالموقع.
•الإشراف علي مقاولي الباطن و إستلام الأعمال منهم قبل تسليمها للاستشاري.
•عمل التقارير اليومية / الأسبوعية / الشهرية و المستندات المختلفة الخاصة بالمشروع.
•التأكد من تنفيذ خطة عمل المشروع بالجودة المطلوبة طبقا للجدول الزمني وميزانية المشروع
•الإبلاغ عن أي معوقات للعمل فوراً و العمل علي حلها.
•التنسيق مع منسق المشروعات علي أحتياجات الموقع من المواد و العمالة و خلافه.
•التنسيق مع المكتب الفني فيما يخص اللوحات-أعمال الحصر و مستخلصات مقاولي الباطن ...الخ
•التأكد من اتباع تعليمات السلامة المهنية لجميع العاملين بالموقع.
•استلام التوريدات للموقع و التأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات.
•التعاون مع الادارات المختلفة في الشركة لتحقيق اهداف المشروع

المواصفات المطلوبة
خبرة 7-10 سنوات
علي دراية كبيرة بأعمال التدعيم و الترميم و التعديلات الإنشائية
يجيد اللغة الانجليزية تحدثا و كتابة
يجيد برامج MS Office و خصوصا Excel , Word , Powerpoint
