NORM is a multidisciplinary design firm based in Heliopolis, Cairo, delivering architecture, urban, landscape, and interior design solutions across local and international markets. As we grow, we're looking for passionate, design-driven professionals to join us.
Open vacancies:
1) Architectural Designer — Code: COD-N01
Manages end-to-end delivery of assigned architectural projects from concept through handover while ensuring quality, timeline, and budget compliance.
Role-specific requirements:
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD; proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio of residential and commercial design work
• Creative use of materials, lighting, and presentation techniques
2) Architectural Visualizer — Code: COD-N02
Delivers photorealistic renders, animation sequences, walk-throughs, and presentation videos on complex projects. Manages lighting, materials, cameras, post-production, and the render pipeline, interfacing with the architecture and interior design teams on brief clarity.
Role-specific requirements:
• Expert proficiency in 3ds Max (or equivalent), Corona or V-Ray, and Photoshop
• Strong Video editing capabilities (Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
• Portfolio of photorealistic residential and commercial interior and exterior work, including animation and walk-through sequences
What Both Roles Require:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset
