We are proud to contribute to his Excellency, President AbdelFattah El Sisi’s initiative Haya Karima by working on improving lives for hundreds of thousands of Egyptians in Monofeya province. We have successfully finished and handed over our first 3 buildings in this initiative located in the town of Darajil consisting of the Citizen Services Complex, the Agricultural Services Complex and the new Ambulance building.

Commercial Real Estate is an area we target for both our construction business and our real estate investment business. Seeing increasing demand, this sector is one of our priorities and opens up several opportunities for joint ventures. We are currently in negotiations with several landowners for a co-development agreement that would see us the contractor for the project while acquiring a stake in it.

We are proud to announce our first foray into the infrastructure construction market after signing a contract for the water and sewage networks of an under construction touristic compound while we're also currently in the tendering process for a sewage station in the New Noubareya City in El Beheira Governate. This is a major milestone towards establishing ourselves in this strategic sector.

Expanding our scope of work, Rumble Construction is proud to announce the establishment of our newest division solely dedicated to aluminum fabrication works! The new division will be spearheaded by a newly appointed director with 20 years of experience in the aluminum industry. Establishing a strong presence in such a competitive market is no small feat and our management has committed to a 4 year plan that will see Rumble Aluminum Solutions become one of Egypt's top aluminum fabricators. Negotiations are already underway to acquire our first manufacturing facility in the 10th of Ramadan city industrial area. As always, our new division is strongly committed to our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment policy and we pledge to establish a firm Corporate Social Responsibility Policy and announce it within the next 2 weeks!

We are extremely pleased to announce that Rumble Construction, our construction division, is currently in the process of raising our classification from a class 7 to a class 5 contractor with the Egyptian Federation for Construction. This means a sizeable increase in the project load we can take on and the ability to take on larger projects. It also points to the remarkable progress we’ve made in the past year and a half since starting our first construction project. This is shown in the revenues we’ve achieved in the past year, the equipment we’ve acquired and the 2 projects we’ve successfully completed.

1) Accountant with 7-10 years experience. Experience in the construction industry is a requirement. Place of work is Heliopolis in our headquarters.
2) Accountant with 1-2 years experience. Place of work will be on-site at a construction project in Cairo. Experience in construction industry not required but is considered. Work will constitute working with the project site, technical office and the financial department.
