Ever wondered where a tablet actually gets its shape? 💊

It happens in a split second, between two pieces of precision steel: the Punch and the Die.

Here's what each part does 👇

🔹 Head: takes the force of the compression rollers
🔹 Neck: lets the cam tracks move the punch up and down
🔹 Barrel: keeps the punch aligned inside the turret
🔹 Tip: presses the powder and forms the tablet's face and embossing
🔹 Die & Bore: hold the powder and set the tablet's shape and size

When your tooling is right, you get consistent tablet weight, clean embossing and fewer stops on the line.
