Kemt is one of the innovative Public-Private Partnerships of The Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) System Reform Program which is a joint intervention by the European Commission and the Egyptian Government. The aim of the ETP is to develop and implement training programs that serve Chemical companies to address urgent training needs to produce labors, qualified trainers and in
structors to bridge the gap between the demand and supply of skilled labor in the chemical sector in collaboration with the Chamber of Chemical Industries.. Kemt works as an independent legal entity on a system of technical education and vocational training according to the needs of industry.
كيمت هي واحدة من الشراكات المبتكرة بين القطاعين العام والخاص والتابعة لبرنامج إصلاح التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني الذي هو تعاون مشترك من قبل المفوضية الأوروبية والحكومة المصرية. ان هدف الشراكة هو إعداد وتنفيذ برامج التدريب التي تخدم الشركات الكيميائية لتلبية الاحتياجات التدريبية العاجلة من أجل إعداد العمالة ومدربين مؤهلين لسد الفجوة بين العرض والطلب على العمالة الماهرة في القطاع الكيميائي وذلك بالتعاون مع غرفة الصناعات الكيميائية.
وتعمل الشراكة ككيان قانوني مستقل يعمل على وجود نظام التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني وفقا لاحتياجات الصناعة.
