During our latest visit to the industry exhibition, we witnessed how twin-screw extruders are evolving to deliver higher throughput, improved energy efficiency, and simplified maintenance — pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in process engineering.

Highlights from the KraussMaffei ZE BluePower presentation:
⚙️ +17% more volume on the same screw diameter — higher throughput at lower screw speeds
⚙️ 10% less shear stress and up to 20% lower energy usage — more efficient, less material degradation
