كل مساحة مميزة... كان لها بداية.

🔹 المسمى الوظيفي:

Technical Office Manager

🔹 المؤهلات:

• بكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيكا أو هندسة كهروميكانيكية.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المكتب الفني، ويفضل في شركات المقاولات أو الـ MEP.

🔹 المهام الرئيسية:

✔ إعداد ومراجعة التسعير (Cost Estimation & Tendering).

✔ إعداد ومتابعة الجداول الزمنية للمشروعات باستخدام Primavera أو MS Project.

✔ مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings).

✔ إعداد وحصر الكميات (Quantity Take-Off).

✔ إعداد وتحليل تقييم المخاطر (Risk Assessment).

✔ التنسيق بين فرق الموقع والاستشاري والمالك.

✔ متابعة تقدم المشروعات وإعداد التقارير الدورية.

✔ إدارة فريق المكتب الفني وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء.

✔ الإلمام بإدارة العقود، وأوامر التغيير (Variation Orders)، والمطالبات (Claims) يُعد ميزة إضافية.

🔹 المتطلبات:

• إجادة AutoCAD وMicrosoft Office.

• يفضل الإلمام بـ Primavera P6 وRevit.

• مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية وتواصل ممتازة.

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً وتحدثًا) تُعد ميزة.
