Last week, Aalborg played host to the Group Quality & Production Seminar, bringing together colleagues from across the organization for a dynamic and insightful event. For the first time, we were delighted to welcome colleagues from the RMC units of the Group, making this seminar an even more inclusive and enriching experience.
The seminar highlighted the pivotal role of quality management and the importance of a collaborative mindset, with the clear message that “Vizion is supporting your Quality Management, not against you.” Participants were encouraged to work together, recognizing that every detail matters and that effective teamwork uncovers the best solutions.
Throughout the event, attendees took part in keynote presentations, interactive workshops, and open discussions, all designed to address the challenges and opportunities facing our industry. More importantly, the seminar provided a unique space for employees to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another—strengthening both our professional networks and our sense of unity.
A central theme was the value of robust data management: “Without data, you are just a person with an idea.” The importance of data validation and personal responsibility in ensuring data quality was emphasized, with participants exploring best practices for evaluating production and quality data and learning to approach any significant deviations with a critical eye.
The GRQCC was celebrated as the center for research and development across all holding units, with a renewed focus on strengthening collaboration between regional labs and the center itself. The importance of “closing the loop” and fostering continuous progress was a recurring message throughout the seminar.
Looking ahead, the energy and enthusiasm generated in Aalborg will continue to inspire us as we work towards our strategic goals. The seminar stands as a testament to the power of teamwork, a shared vision, and our ongoing pursuit of excellence as a group.
