SUS Builders is currently hiring for the following positions:
● Mechanical Team Leader (SUS_MT)
Key responsibilities include:
• Participating in the design and preparation of shop drawings for mechanical disciplines (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) using both AutoCAD and Revit.
• Leading and mentoring a team of junior engineers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of project documentation.
• Coordinating with project managers to align designs with project goals, requirements, and timelines.
• Preparing technical specifications, bill of quantities (BOQ), and handling all site-related technical office activities.
Main Requirements:
• + 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical systems design and coordination.
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively.
● BIM Electrical Engineer (SUS_EL)
Key responsibilities include:
* Participate in the designs and shop drawings of the electrical disciplines (lighting, power and LC), both CAD and REVIT.
Main Requirements:
* From 0 to 2 years Of Experience.
* Very good computer skills, such as MS Office, AutoCAD and Revit.
● BIM Mechanical Engineer (SUS_ME)
Key responsibilities include:
• Participate in the designs and shop drawings of the mechanical disciplines (HVAC, plumbing and Firefighting), both CAD and RIVIT.
Main Requirements:
* From 0 to 2 years Of Experience.
* Very good computer skills, such as MS Office, AutoCAD and Revit.
