We offer full architectural and interior services and will hold the client’s hand through the entire process. A typical renovation or new construction process is broken down into the following phases:
1. Exploring the various options for additions and renovations through drawings based on accurate site measurements. Options would indicate proposed furniture layout and varying degrees of interventi

on and a construction estimate.

2. Exterior elevations are developed on the selected scheme (Phase 1 above) and zoning and site statistics calculated. Committee of Adjustment approvals may be required before proceeding to Phase 3.

3. Building Code analysis and drawings are coordinated to include MEP, structural and other disciplines as required for construction as well as a permit application.

4. Detailed interior elevations and custom millwork drawings are completed, including electrical plans and materials

5. Regular site meetings throughout the construction process to address site conditions, and conformity with the design documents.

We are proud to serve as the Lead Consultant for the first Moxy Hotel in Downtown Cairo, a project that brings a contemporary hospitality vision into one of the city’s most historic urban fabrics.

Our role encompasses architectural design alongside full multidisciplinary coordination, including MEP, structural engineering, and fire life & safety, ensuring a fully integrated and future-ready outcome.

This project reflects our approach to design — respecting context while introducing a bold, next-generation identity that responds to evolving urban and hospitality experiences.
