We are hiring Co-Working Space Coordinator
Job Overview:
Manage daily operations, provide excellent customer service, grow memberships, and create a positive, welcoming community for members.
Responsibilities:
1. Administration & Front Desk:
* Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
* Handle check-ins, check-outs, and day passes.
* Manage meeting room and event space bookings.
* Perform administrative tasks like filing, updating documents, and data entry.
* Track daily cash inflow and outflow.
2. Customer Service:
* Greet members and visitors.
* Assist members and address their concerns.
* Resolve client issues efficiently.
* Collect and act on client feedback monthly with a clear action plan.
3. Operations Management:
* Ensure smooth daily operations, cleanliness, and organization.
* Monitor and maintain amenities (Wi-Fi, printers, etc.).
* Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
* Conduct safety and security checks.
* Manage inventory and oversee the daily budget.
* Track daily operations and resolve client-related problems.
4. Community Building:
* Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.
* Act as the main contact for members' inquiries and feedback.
* Onboard new members and ensure smooth integration.
* Plan and organize community events and networking opportunities.
* Mediate conflicts and maintain a positive atmosphere.
* Launch initiatives to help members connect with each other.
5. Sales & Membership Growth:
* Conduct tours for potential members.
* Promote membership plans and upsell services.
* Follow up on leads and convert them into members.
* Maintain accurate sales records.
* Drive membership growth and achieve occupancy targets.
Qualifications:
* Female, graduate, and located in 6-October.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Friendly, approachable, and self-motivated personality.
* Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
* Sales-driven and passionate about building a community.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
* Familiarity with coworking software (e.g., Nexudus, Optix) is a plus.

1. Member Satisfaction & Retention:
* Member satisfaction and retention rates.
* Quick resolution of issues and successful events.
2. Membership Growth & Occupancy:
* New member acquisition and overall occupancy rates.
3. Operational Efficiency:
* Following procedures and safety standards.
* Maintaining cleanliness and resolving issues promptly.
