Before working with any Client or Main Contractor… evaluate them as they evaluate you.

If you are a Subcontractor, Supplier, or Service Provider — sending Pre-Qualification Documents and proving that you are “qualified” is just the first step.

▪️The most important step is choosing the right Client or Main Contractor to work with.

Just like they ask for your Pre-Qualification Documents to assess your technical and financial capabilities, you should also evaluate them in advance based on similar criteria:

▪️Financial Commitment – Do they pay on time without delays ?
▪️Administrative Stability & Organization – Do they have clear systems and cooperative teams ?
▪️Professional Reputation – Are they known for reliability and quality in the market ?
▪️Day-to-Day Collaboration – Do they respect your time and effort and make work easier rather than complicated ?
▪️Business Ethics & Partner Respect – Do they act fairly and transparently at every stage ?
