🔧 What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with SysTech’s growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Egypt and MENA.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, consultants, and partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, and Marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to refine go-to-market strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic presentations for management.
✅ You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development within Automation and Electrical.
• B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (MBA is a strong plus).
• Proven record in solution-based sales and key account management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and inspire high-performing sales teams.
• Managing Experience to lead a sales team.
• Good knowledge for Egyptian market.
• Export business preferable
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
