-In 1997 (El-Khalil for contracting) company changed from a single institution to partner institution under a new name of (M. for contracting & trading)
-In 2003, we began our business Sunlight - Germanos S.A.
-In 2004, we became the sole agent of Sunlight – Germanos S.A. In Year 2007 sunlight Sp
in-off of the Industrial Sector of “GERMANOS S.A.” and its contribution to “SYSTEMS SUNLIGHT S.A.”. and we are still the sole agent for SYSTEMS SUNLIGHT S.A.
-In 2005, we started our Business as distributer for the following companies; French well Known Company UNIROSS & the American Co. FINISH THOMPSON INC.
-In 2006. we started our Business with the well Australian known company Schaffler for railway technology and we are the sole agent in Egypt .
-In 2008, we started our Business with the well known American company Tenergy .
-In 2009, we started our Business with the Tunisian company Maison De L’energie.
-In year 2010, we started our Business as distributer for the following companies; the Indian company Telereach, and The Spanish company CEGASA and we are the sole agent for CEGASA in Egypt .
-In 2012 we started our Business as distributer for ULTRACELL.
