We began the year with visits aimed at strengthening our bonds with long-standing partners and exchanging knowledge to better serve our customers, all while staying true to our purpose: 'Feeding the Future

Our first visit took us to the شركة القاهرة للدواجن - Cairo Poultry plant in Nubariya, accompanied by our MEA Export Marketing Director, Marcos Fraiha, and Global Technical Manager Dairy & Ruminant, Allard Esselink. We were delighted to receive an insightful presentation on CPG’s history and development from BD Mohamed Dorgham.

It was inspiring to see a shared commitment to safety, much like our own, under the guidance of Nubariya Plant Manager, Mohamed Mansour and we deeply appreciated the warm hospitality and the enriching professional exchange.

At Trouw Nutrition Egypt, we’re starting the year with a strong commitment to embed a safety culture in our daily lives 🚨

We had the privilege of participating in two essential workshops:

1st Aid workshop by the Egyptian Red Crescent, where our team gained hands-on experience in dealing with various types of wounds, learned effective and fast techniques, and practiced CPR.

Firefighting workshop by the Civil Protection Training Department, focusing identifying and managing different types of fires, using the right extinguisher for each fire, and following the R.A.C.E approach (Remove, Alarm, Confine, Extinguish/Evacuate)

These workshops equip us with the necessary skills needed to act quickly and effectively in emergencies, ensuring a safer workplace for everyone.

As we step in 2025, we’d like to take this opportunity to remind everyone: safety starts with each of us. Let’s continue to prioritize safety in everything we do.
