⚡💡 معلومة مهمة: ليه بنسحب عينات زيت من المحولات؟

زيت المحول مش مجرد وسيلة تبريد، ده عنصر أساسي في العزل الكهربائي وحماية المحول، وعشان نطمن على حالته لازم يتم سحب عينات زيت بشكل دوري وإجراء التحاليل اللازمة.

🛢️ أولًا: التحليل الغازي (DGA)

التحليل الغازي بيكشف الغازات الذائبة داخل الزيت، واللي بتتكون نتيجة الأعطال الداخلية بالمحول.

ومن خلاله نقدر نكتشف:

🔹 السخونة الزائدة داخل المحول.
🔹 التفريغ الجزئي (Partial Discharge).
🔹 وجود قوس كهربائي داخلي (Arcing).
🔹 تدهور العزل قبل حدوث عطل فعلي.

🔬 ثانيًا: التحليل الكيميائي

التحليل الكيميائي بيحدد حالة الزيت وجودته من خلال:

🔹 قياس نسبة الرطوبة.
🔹 اختبار جهد كسر العزل (BDV).
🔹 قياس رقم الحموضة (TAN).
🔹 التأكد من صلاحية الزيت للاستمرار في الخدمة.

⚠️ ليه التحاليل دي مهمة؟

✔ اكتشاف الأعطال في مراحلها المبكرة.
✔ تجنب الأعطال المفاجئة وتوقف الإنتاج.
✔ تحديد الحاجة إلى تكرير الزيت أو استبداله.
✔ زيادة العمر الافتراضي للمحول.

📌 عينة زيت صغيرة ممكن تكشف مشكلة كبيرة قبل ما تسبب عطل أو توقف للمحول.
